Terrific place. This is a super breakfast spot tucked away from the construction and hectic traffic on Brock Street north. Quick service with a smile, big breakfast serving and comfortable surroundings with a seasonal outdoor garden patio !You'll be surprised to learn the owner has a green thumb and grew a full size lime tree now on display inside the restaurant. IncredibleAnd I cannot say enough highly recommend Ultimate Image Studio" hair salon located in the same plaza.I'm impressed no more frizzy

If you want hair in your breakfast, this is the place to go to.The last 3 times I went into Whitby diner to get my family and I breakfast there were hairs in our food.I don't know where these hairs came from.The Asian lady behind the counter is nice and the old guy that owns the spot seems cool but I’m very disgusted in this place.

Excellent breakfast! My husband and I popped by on a whim, always having driven by but never stopped in. We were so glad we did. We were greeted by a lovely lady and were cooked up some delicious eggs and bacon. The bacon was crispy, the hash browns were amazing and the jam was so tasty. We will absolutely be back, with our son in tow :)!

This was our go to place for Sunday brunch with family but not anymore. Went there this morning with family and the lady at the front was rude. I get that you are busy but there was no need to sound so disrespectful and turn us away!

Great local spot!I had a vegetable toasted western and my boyfriend had a BLT. Both of the sandwiches were amazing! We can't wait to come back to try the fish and chips.Paul the chef/owner came over to see how our food was and told us about his lemon tree. They have a giant lemon tree that they use on their fish and chips!It doesn't get more local than that!

This place used to be great. I havent been in about 6 years because i moved so i wanted to come back and share how amazing it was with my friend. THERE WAS A DEAD FLY ON HIS PLATE AS SEEN IN THE PICTURE. The food was fine but not as good as it used to be. ALSO they only take cash which is fine BUT AFTER WE GAVE HER OUR CASH SHE PUT THE CHANGE IN THE TIP JAR WHICH WAS WELL OVER A GOOD TIP. I will never go back again which really disappoints me because this place used to be great

Went there to grab breakfast but I realized I had no cash on me after I already told them what I want , they were so kind to let me finish my food and told me I can pay whenever I’m around the area again . They are such great people and very sweet . Paul made me feel at home with his tasty food and great vibe ❤️

Came in for an early breakfast on a Monday. Very quiet but incredibly friendly service and a great conversation with the owner. Gave us a lot of great advice to take home with us. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. He also has the cheapest ATM in Whitby! Definitely stop in for some good food and a great conversation!

Wife and I stopped by the Whitby Diner and had the fish and chip's and we thoroughly enjoyed it. When in Whitby it is a must place to stop and eat. Also the prices were reasonable
