Inquired about the building and a lady answered said she was the Manager . She was extremely rude and combative I should've have known it was boxing day and that no office is open. I politely asked her if ... and before I can ask any more questions she'll once again cut me of in a harsh tone seeming quite annoyed and irritated. I asked why she was being so rude with me and I guess that ignited her rage and informing me my number is being blocked. WOW I guess that's all I Need to know. Zero customer service, Bad attitude, Bad experience ZERO STAR.

DIRTY WINDOWS. TAILGATE PARTIES. SLAMMING DOORS ALL DAY AND NIGHT. GARBAGE EVERYWHERE BECAUSE THEY REMOVED THE TRASH CANS. It's NOT LUXURY AT ALL!!!! A Dump. DON'T RENT. HORRIBLE MANAGERS. NOT LUXURY AND OVER PRICED FOR FANCY COUNTERS. Granite countertops are the ONLY luxury. A 4 foot long counter on a 9 foot long wall. HOW STRANGE they didn't put a pantry there since the cupboards and drawers are shallow, small, dark colours that show the water marks. CUPBOARD DOORS ARE FALLING OFF. Stained steel, from where magnets were on the fridge. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY. DO NOT RENT. It's horrible here. So much NOISE. PARTIES IN THE PARKING LOT LIKE THE GHETTO. Peeling paint. Broken elevators. An outdoor pool with NO heater and a solar blanket that's been ripped for 3 years so swimming is horrible. Most of us still use the public laundromat because it's still better and CHEAPER than these over priced small machines. Reglazed (3 cans of spray paint) bathtubs, cracking around ALL windows. No screen on the BALCONY so lots of bugs get in.

A joke apartment1.Moved in and all the windows were disgusting2. No dishwasher and microwave when i moved in3. Pay for parking for 2 spots and they only gave me 1 spot and I have to fight for a spot I pay for4. No a/c units and you can’t have an out of window a/c but the hallways and elevator have a/c5. Double booked the move in day for the same time somehow lolTheirs a lot more but I’d be here foreverWORST MOVING IN EXPERIENCE EVER
