It was a Winter Storm all over GTA that was worse than expected. We booked a court at night. We were not able to go. We tried calling to tell them about our situation that day. They didn't care. We didn't want our money back. We just wanted to use the deposit for another day. They didn't allow it. They said, speak to our boss who will come tomorrow.We called the next day. The lady told us that the boss is not in the building. After few discussions, 5 minutes later, she hands the phone over to him. (She lied). I speak with the boss and tell him that we don't want our money back. We want to give you the money. Just change our booking for another day. He said you don't have any credit. They didn't allow it.Not only is the staff unfriendly, they simply don't care about situations like these. They really don't care. No matter how logical it sounds.They are other badminton places out there. They just lost a group of 15 guys that once liked the place.

Decent place to play badminton/table tennis, with reasonable price. Friendly staff helped us on coordinating the court rental. Good drop in experience in daytime, where you can play with some intermediate level visitors. I highly recommend this place.

Reasonably priced courts which are spaced out between one another. Rates are reasonable being $22/hour for non members with guest fee of $2 per non-member.Make sure to book ahead as popular times tend to be fully booked.The only minor complaint is that in winter months, the court is a little cold as they set the temperature to around 12 to 14 degrees. However, once you start playing you don't notice the coldness.

Edit: forgot to mention that they will give your court away after being one minute lateWould not recommend going here due to non-friendly payment strategy they employ and the poor court conditions. They will double book your court when they think you may not make it and then take your deposit. Not worth the time or the effort as others have commented. There are plenty of other badminton places (RW, SU, Lees etc.) that are far cheaper and friendlier that do not have leaking roofs directly onto courts and a dirty towel they give you to clean it up with while you play.Was not impressed with their customer service, they lost a 6 person group that was looking for a weekly spot.

5 or 6 courts in total. Price seems cheap but they are charging guest fee for individual. Court charge is $22 + $2 per person. If you have 4 person and court for an hour, it will be $33.9 including tax. While other areas are $30 for an out with no charge for guests. And other court lights are disturbing for the players. Lights could be effective.

Lady in the front desk is rude and unprofessional. In my 10+ years playing badminton I have never seen staff kick people off the court when court is empty and no one is playing, not once have I seen this behaviour, but here I have, and it is an eye opener. I would give it a 0 stars if I could!!Separate incident same place, last time my friend came without proper footwear, same lady front desk super rude, told him to either bring own shoes, rent their shoes, or get out. My friend left immediately, never came back.Please avoid this place at all cost!!

Terrible experience at this badminton court! No one told us about the extra membership fee, on top of the court rental cost. Moreover, the front desk service was incredibly poor. Rude and unhelpful. We won't ever be returning and strongly advise others against coming here. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better place to play.

So I've played here three times and was cancelled on the 4th time without any warning. All our players (5 of us) showed up at our usual time, we prepaid for the court"

This badminton place has plenty of room between courts which is nice. They did do some separation between courts with some plastic covers (see photo).The downside was there was a miscommunication when booking the courts and nothing was done to rectify the situation. Also, there are some lightings that are glaring in some spots while playing when you look up.I would still visit again, but would be nice if communication can be improved.

2023 January 3.5★Not a bad place for badminton. There are 5 courts that are available for rent. $22/hr for the court plus an additional $2 per player of your not a member.The courts are well lit and they have curtains to hide gigantic lights so it's not in your eye and instead creating ambient lighting.The mats are good. A nice texture and not slippery at all.The washrooms are typical of a place like this, though there is also a small change area which is actually nice.Overall a good experience.
