I've been visiting CBI for the last 8 months for therapy on my shoulder (partial rotator cuff tear). It has taken a long time but the exercises and therapy Mr. Sam Jumbo have given me have really helped me. I highly recommend Mr. Jumbo specifically for treating shoulder pains. The staff at this location are very helpful too. Thanks!

Felt very comfortable at this physio clinic. The location is spacious and the entry/exit protocols are strong so you feel safe visiting in person. The staff are very professional and friendly - especially Lisa at the front! Highly recommended.

My experience with CBI exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and always ready to help. They focused on my needs and went above and beyond to make my rehabilitation as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend this clinic!

I highly recommend the equitable and inclusive team at CBI Wonderland. From the smiling welcome of the worlds best executive assistants Lisa and Sonya when you walk in, to the expert care from the knowledgeable Diana Ross and Cindy who are physiotherapists, to the incredible occupational therapist. Not only is the team at CBI Wonderland great with their patients, they are also wonderfully accepting and kind to one another and willing to work with your insurance or WSIB (I’ve had to deal with both) As well as your extended health care team. I’m not saying you have to choose CBI Wonderland for your physio needs, I’m just saying that it would be an absolute shame if you didn’t. They will get you back on track doing the activities, sports and job that you love in no time and you will also gain a loving and knowledgeable care team for life.

My wife and I came here for physio and it was a very positive and welcoming experience. Lisa at the front desk has a great sense of humor and it is still a treat to drop in for a visit.. Especially during a winter storm!

I have been attending CBI for many years now and I follow my physio to whatever clinic she is at! She is amazing and is not the issue at hand. The last time I was there I got new insurance and I gave them all the information they needed to put it through. When I came up from my appointment they claimed they were unable to submit. That's fine, it happens. So I went home and submitted it myself, with the result of that it was already submitted and would be paid to the provider. When I contacted my insurance and told them the provider said they were unable to claim it they said no they did submit it and then tried multiple times after as well. So when I called and told CBI I got nothing but attitude vs trying to help and figure it out. I have worked in a medical office and I know how this should have been handled vs how it was handled. I will say the one admin, Winter, was the only helpful one but the others were nothing but horrible! They do not know what they are doing and just give you attitude if they get caught in a lie or mistake! So now I am short money and the front end staff won't admit to their mistake!

I have been seeing stephanie for physio on my back. She is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and always makes me feel comfortable!!! Jamie and stephanie are both great therapists! I would definitely recommend this office to help your aches and pains!!!

I work at Western University as Laboratory Supervisor. My right thumb was locked suddenly on Nov 1, 2018. I got trigger thumb with sever pain and stiffness and I could not move my thumb at all. My thumb was stuck in one position with extreme pain. My family doctor referred me to a specialist, but they told me the waiting time could be up to eighteen months! Therefore, I was sent to CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic for physiotherapy.I was suffering from pain and inflammation into my right thumb joint, pain through the muscle in palm, decreased grip strength, and repetitive motions flare symptoms.After some sessions with Mr. Jamie Bailey, I had brief relief with therapy, and Jamie helped me get my pain under control while waiting for the surgery. I had an overall major improvement such as increased range of motion, decreased stiffness, and little straighter. Jamie worked on my thumb very well, and I cannot believe the difference. Jamie is very knowledgeable, and extremely well rounded, intelligent, and caring physiotherapist. Jamie took great care to understand my thumb’s problem. He took the time to explain everything to me. He helped me to recover from pain in my thumb and helped with straightening of my thumb.Jamie is the best physiotherapist I know. I cannot express how grateful I am to Jamie for his professionalism, his knowledge and the way he treats his patients with courtesy and respect. The advice and treatment I have received from Jamie have been exceptional.This clinic is super friendly and caring. Amazing care from this clinic, from reception to the treatment indeed. I would absolutely recommend CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic, as a place to seek treatment. This clinic is on your side and wants to help you achieve a full recovery in a little time as possible. Great location! The CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic is easy to find, and it is very clean, well organized and efficient.I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and his team, which includes Tammy, Stephanie, Kelsey, Diana, and Jenna in CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic, to everyone who needs help with physiotherapy.Especially, I would like to thank Tammy, who sits at the front desk, and it was always a great joy to be greeted by Tammy. Currently visiting weekly for a neck issu . Never been to physio before this but I have loved my experience so far. Appointments are always on time and all the therapists and assistants are friendly and make me feel so welcome. Love going here!

Bethany was amazing and helped my with all that I needed. She is very professional and surprises me each day with a glowing smile and a friendly hello (by name).She is truly a blessing to this establishment, aswell as everybody that works there.
