My husband and I trade in our vehicles every couple of years and for the last few years we have been dealing with Pierre. He has helped us purchase 3 new vehicles so far. Be prepared to be promised the world. Paid lunches, at home training and imaginary bonuses.The pay structure is supposed to be flat rate with a guarantee of 40 hour. However for the passed year, any gain time made over 40 hours was never paid out.When the concern of missing wages was brought up, the new system was to blame over and over again.Be prepared to work in a toxic environment, Poor management and owners with a God complex. You are at the bottom of the totem pole and will be reminded of that.Stay clear of this dealership
