Good bike shop with a nice range of stock (bikes, parts, clothing, tools etc) and helpful staff. Have visited a number of times before and will do so again.

My local bike shop. Wonderful group of people. Have purchased 2 bikes from them already. Great service and support.

Bike Remedy=Ride saver !!Visiting the local area for a bike ride with my brother however had a flat battery on the Di2 on my bike ( long story !). Phoned Bike Remedy, spoke to Christian who said to pop down to the shop to see if he could help. Took the bike down there and he sorted the flat battery out there and then….. gave it an hours charge which allowed us to do our final ride. May seem nothing but it made our day to get the local Cairn o Mount ride in !!!Thank you Christian.

Brilliant just had a service done and took the bike out, massive improvement on the gears and can't recommend these guys enough

Friendly and helpful. I do not know a lot about bikes, and I was made to feel comfortable asking questions and got the help and equipment I was after.

I have used this shop to purchase bikes and to keep my bikes regularly serviced and repaired. Knowledgeable staff, great customer service and always willing to help.

These guys (and girl) are fantastic.Bought a new Mountain Bike (Specialized Rockhopper Comp 2x) last week. All set up and ready to go within a few hours of me paying the deposit. I uplifted it the following morning.The owner Christian and his staff Joe and Scott (sorry didn't get the lassies name) were all very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.This is the fourth bike and related accessories (on board storage, tools, spare tubes, pumps etc) I have bought from them in the last five years or so and for me that speaks volumes.Although when considering a new bike I do a lot of research and look at a number of dealers and websites to get some little knowledge of current trends, models specs etc Bike Remedy are and will continue to be my first port of call for a purchase.Thank you all very much indeed. Terrific service guys did a great job on my bike will definently be back.

Bike Remedy just fitted a new chainset and serviced my bike - like a new machine! Great job and they even sorted out the right parts when I supplied the wrong bottom bracket cups. Can't recommend them highly enough!
