I want to give a big shoutout to Angelica S! She worked with me in finding the best plan possible while answering every question I had extremely professionally. I HIGHLY recommend coming in and speaking with her regarding plans, phones or phone products as she’s very knowledgeable about everything in store. Thank you so much again Angelica, I couldn’t be more happy with my plan!

I had the pleasure of being served by three sales representatives of this store over a period of a few weeks, Matt, Luke and Brandon. All of these young men were very knowledgeable and helpful with the issues I had with my phone.My contract was up with Virgin and the representative that was in that day was Brandon. He was very patient with all the questions I asked and helped me upgrade my phone and my plan wherein I was able to save money monthly. Brandon explained the features, transferred the contact information etc. from my old phone to my new phone and showed me how the features on the new phone could be moved around etc.After I had the phone a few days I returned with more questions and again Brandon walked me through some things I didn't understand.I was very happy with the service and also that on some phones if you have a PC plus, PC masterCard or PC Financial card and signed up with the provider of your choice you received points for free groceries.I would definitely recommend my friends to this location as the service is great (I didn't have to wait for someone to get to me). They were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Good job Matt, Luke and Brandon

Mathew was great at helping with a new phone and found me a great plan. He was there alone and managed to help three clients at once with no problems. I will be definitely be going back again if l need help. Thanks again

Update-June 2023Ismail helped me with transferring info to my SD card. He stayed past the time of the kiosk closing just to make sure everything was successfully transfered. The customer service at this location is superb.Previously in 2021-Sargun went above and beyond with setting me up with my new phone. Her customer service was remarkable, the promotion was fantastic and she was very very knowledgeable. The switching over" process was seamless. I highly recommend this location and especially Sargun to assist you with your new phone purchase."

Matt was great right from the time I entered the store in September. He greets me every time he sees me in the grocery store. Today , he helped me reset my new phone after I accidentally erased all apps and settings. Fortunately, I hadn’t erased everything off my old phone! Outstanding service from this young man!
