Just had some work done by Grand design contracting. The experience was great. I’m really happy with the work that was done, they met my standards at an affordable rate and the work was also done in the estimated time frame that was said before hand !! Raymond came and installed a shower and completed tile work for us on the walls of the shower. He was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. I would recommend Raymond to anyone!

I cannot recommend GDR enough. Ray is a fantastic individual - honest, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented. We hired Ray to replace our sill plate, which was a risky project, so I was initially weary. However, Ray took the time to walk me through each step of the repair process and educate me on why each step was necessary. This put me at ease, knowing I was in knowledgeable hands. Ray left the work area clean and caused minimal damage to the drywall; I was amazed at how little he had to cut. I also want to note that Ray was incredibly responsive to messages and emails and made sure to address all of our questions. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor, and we look forward to utilising his services again in the future. I highly recommend him!"
