Teo Taxi

Once 40mn early. The other time 40mn late. Booking is useless as they usually wait the last minute to see if a driver is available. I used to like it but the service has been worse and worse. I paid the premium compared to Uber for the piece of mind but it ends up being more stressful as you have no guarantee your taxi will be on time.

I scheduled a pickup for 555am the previous day to make sure I would have transport. That morning the app indicated 30 minutes away 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Unacceptable. I tried calling the driver voicemail. Then customer service voicemail. Ridiculous if I could give 0 star I would.

SERVICE DOG IS NOT A PET AND YOU CANNOT DENY SERVICE!!Disgusting that your driver YELLS at me tells me I don't like dogs.Out of courtesy I did mention in the note that I have a service animal.No one cares what you feels like people have service dogs for obviouse reasons and you just simply cannot deny service.DISGUSTING!!!!First time and last time using this discriminating company!

The application in Montreal from St. Jeseph’s oratory to the cosine showed 28CAD, 2 more than Uber. I thought never mind and went ahead with it and ended up being charged 46CAD for the trip!!Please delete the application for your own Good!

Reliable, I use it to get to and from the airport. It's often times better priced than Uber and usually arrives faster in the wee hours of the morning when there's not as many rideshares on the road. Always has a big trunk, minivan or hatchback/station wagon which makes loading and unloading easy.

I booked a taxi from them. Driver called me 5 min before the time to confirm the ride and to tell me that he was on his way and won’t be late. The driver end up NEVER showing up. On the app he was always 10 minutes away, not moving. I called the driver, he never answered. I call the company, they send me another driver 25 mins after the booking. I missed my flight. Never booking with them again. Unable to talk to someone to let them know about the situation. Uber will be my only option from now on.

I used to like traveling with Teo because it was an eco-way & an economic of going around the city. But I haven't used the app in a while and recently, not only is it more expensive than gas cars now, their estimation is not accurate. I was quoted $18-22 and got charged $31 and when I reached out to customer service, they said it was an app issue but that the amount is correct. I had to push customer service to get some money refunded and in the end, they still charged me $24. I no longer believe it's a good economic way to travel. Plus, I pre-booked my ride, got to my pick up location 3 minutes early and had to wave down my driver because he was about to leave... ???

The driver had his head down scrolling on his phone on the highway at 70km/hr and on city streets almost the entire ride. Picking his music was more important to him than road and passenger safety. Never again!!! It was criminal. I left the cab before the end of the ride. There is no way to contact Teo Taxi to file a complaint for their drivers dangerous driving.

I was in Montreal for a weekend and thought I'd give Teo Taxi a try even after reading the bad reviews. I am glad I did because I received great service.The app was easy to download and set up. I requested a pickup and felt like a modern-day princess when the Model X arrived!! The driver was courteous and professional. I got to my destination no problem.The ride home was a bit more hectic as the driver kept driving by me and going to the wrong corner. I finally yelled at him from across the street and we made eye contact so he waited and I got home no problem. Overall it was a great experience and I'd take it again.

Completely useless app. 30 minutes can’t book a simple ride to the airport. Almost unbelievable. I was able to book a taxi service fast and efficiently at my 3rd World destination but in Montreal Teo taxi is not functional at all.
