We styled this event space for my friend's bridal shower and held the shower the following day at this venue. The lady (not sure of her name) at the front desk was so pleasant and friendly to interact with. She allowed us to come in and stay until we were done decorating, it was during a really bad snow storm so she made sure she shoveled and salted the entryway before we came inside and before we left. When one of the guests needed a private space to breastfeed, she offered her private office. Basicaly she went above and beyond. The event space itself was beautiful and very warm and inviting. Will definitely recommend!

The bouquet I ordered for my wife for her birthday was dry and dead on arrival, I should of went to the supermarket for a fresh bouquet instead of buying expensive dead flowers trying to save time

We hired fcc Decor for our wedding in January, I’ve always had a vision every since I was a little girl to have a winter wonderland wedding! And my oh my did they deliver my dream! Even beyond my dream. Melissa also did our bouquets and they also exceeded my expectations, Melissa was very friendly and detail oriented! She really takes pride in her work and relates with you in a personal level! She made my fairytale come true, I will always recommend her to friends and family.

We booked the Serendipity event space at FCC Decor for our intimate baby shower. Needless to say - it was the PERFECT location for us. The existing design of the space is high-end and barely needs decoration, first off. Secondly, the team there is detailed and helps significantly with the execution of the event. And the decor selection is perfect. We had a fantasy/forest themed baby shower and they had plenty of items we were able to rent affordably and decorate the space with. We also had the option to bring in additional decor which we did. In the end, I am certain we made the right choice by booking this space and using FCC's services. Amazing customer service. Always an ease to deal with them. Very knowledgeable staff. Very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend them. I have ordered arrangements and sympathy wreaths on numerous occasions using their floral department. Have also booked their event space which is just beautiful.

Pure Lush Design provided an elegant, classy, and beautiful atmosphere on our special day. They successfully and effectively ensured that our wedding ceremony and reception looked absolutely stunning. We gave them a vision and they came through in a huge way. Our arbor was absolutely outstanding, our welcome table was perfection, and our sweetheart table and backdrop were incredible. Their decorations, style, and ability to execute the plan we chose together was nothing short of extraordinary. They even showed up early to ensure that everything was done well in advance of our ceremony. We are so grateful for their talent, creativity, and professionalism. Absolutely beautiful!! They did my ceremony decor and my florals. EVERYONE complimented the beauty of everything! The flowers were absolutely stunning and the team at Pure Lush Designs and their sister company Lush Flowers were so sweet, responsive and eager to make sure everything was exactly how I dreamed it would be!! If you want a beautiful event, you need to hire them!!!

This place came highly recommended by a friend. While we know they cater to mostly wedding events. We were promised they can do funeral floral arrangements. So I ordered funeral flower arrangements for my departed loved one. After paying for 2 floral arrangements that was over $400. We were much dismayed that the floral arrangements they made for us were of spring themed instead of your usual white and purple or red. We were given the majority of the flowers bright yellow and something you would see for a spring wedding or spring event. Upon further inspection on the arrangements, most of the flowers were already half dead and/or wilting (see photos) and was quite noticeable during the funeral service. We were not pleased at all, what a disappointment and after paying that much money, flowers should be the least of your worries during a sad time. Do not recommend this company for any floral arrangements.

Every part of our wedding was perfect with Pure Lush Designs and Co.The planning, designing and the actual wedding!They were very patient with us postponing because of covid twice ☺️We appreciate all the hard work that was put into our wedding it really made the night memorable! Everyone at our wedding was raving about the centrepieces and bouquets ☺️

We hired FCC decor for our wedding, reception, home and pre-wedding events decor. Melissa and her team did wonderful job with all our decoration needs. They definitely exceeded our expectations; all our guests loved the decor and the ambiance. FCC decor delivered what they promised. My husband and I are very grateful for their outstanding service and will consider them again for our future events/celebrations. Thank you Melissa for bringing our fairytale alive!!
