Ordered the Mobb Swivel Shower Chair 2.0 and requested confirmation of approximate delivery date since we absolutely needed it delivered by the end of the month. Ordered on a Saturday, heard back from Mike at Dexton first thing Monday morning - promised delivery in a week and half - he even followed up with the tracking code personally (separate from the automated message I received). And to top it off we received it in just 3 days and the chair is perfect - sturdy, wide and moves smoothly.
