I had a great experience with Rebecca. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and really understood what carpet would look good in my space. I have to admit I was having a tough time choosing but she was so patient and really stressed that the important thing was that I had the right carpet in the end. She was right and it looks great! I will definitely use their services again for any of my other flooring needs. Highly recommend.

Designer's Carpet's has just completed the installation of new flooring in our 3-bedroom home including the kitchen and all rooms upstairs. In the kitchen we selected a high quality, durable vinyl tile and for the stairs and bedrooms we chose a high-quality wall-to-wall carpeting. To say we are happy with the results would be an understatement. The installers did an outstanding job. In fact, we had a couple of minor issues, and they were quick to return to fix those problems. Also, dealing with Shaminder and Rebecca on the purchasing was a very positive experience. It's not often these days to find people that will do everything they promise and more but that has been our experience with them. Totally pleased.

There was no nickel and diming after we came to an agreement which was nice to experience. The installer Nur also did a great professional job!

Rebecca gave us excellent advice when we chose our hardwood and we really like the finished look. The team did a great job installing it, were efficient and moved quickly. They also cleaned up really well too.

A hidden gem in Mississauga for more modern carpets. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with and helped me with my budget as well as having to reschedule twice due to my renovations. Installers were very friendly and did a neat job. I got a beautiful Anderson Tuftex style and am happy with the results!

Rebecca was really nice. I went with my mother as we had to pick a new carpet due to insurance repairs from a washroom flooding. She explained everything simply for her and went through things like budget, etc to make sure that she made a well-informed decision and budget-conscious decision. The process was quick and easy and would definitely recommend.

We were looking for carpet installation for our home reno project. This was one of the first places we stopped to get information and we were happy we did as the information we were provided really prepared us to understand our needs and the products out there at other companies that we visited after. We wanted to go with this company from the beginning but felt we should do our due diligence to look around since we were also on a tight budget. No one came close to providing the level of service and information that the individuals here did and in the end, no one came close to providing the quote they could for the same quality (including End Of The Roll and Abbey Carpets). We were happy to return to them a few months later ready to proceed and knowing we were making the right choice. To our surprise, they remembered us immediately and honoured the original conversation that we had had with them, despite the lapse in time.The individuals here are passionate about what they do and gave us down to earth, honest opinions about what was really necessary for our space to fit within our budget. They really did everything possible to respect our budget and not toe the line further while demonstrating that they cared about the outcome and quality that we received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Of note, there many not be as many reviews on Google for this company but this is because they do a lot of insurance work so don't let it scare you off.
