Nobody can describe the smile on my face after the amazing service I had witnessed Presidential Properties do yesterday. I recommend everyone to try them out and get that same smile I got. =D

Don’t be fooled by the fancy website!! I hired Presidential Properties back in May for lawn care services for our new home we recently moved into. The 6 month contract was for biweekly visits and from the very 1st visit this company let us down. For the last 5 months the crew would never show up on the designated dates (biweekly). They would be a “no show” and I would have to contact them to find out when they were coming? They would show up every 3 weeks!? Or show up weekly and I’d have to remind them it was biweekly. Back in July they didn’t show for over 27days? I have over 20 saved emails sent to Presidential Properties constantly asking why the crew didn’t show? When will the crew show up? And I would get the typical reply from the property manager Ian , “Sorry..I’ll talk to Jonathan (the owner)and find out why they didn’t show”. For the month of October they never showed at all!? I have emailed, texted, called leaving messages and it seems Presidential Properties haschosen to “ghost” me ..thinking I would “go away”. Presidential Properties walked away from their obligation and my question to them is “Why?”I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and so far Presidential Properties has chosen not to respond. Still to this day I do not understand why we were treated so poorly and no effort was made to rectify the situation? Im hoping many will read this and reconsider choosing this company. A company that is poorly managed, crews that don’t show up, and a company that walks away from their obligation ...they do NOT deserve your business! Friends and family of Presidential Properties may give them a 5 star rating..but coming from a real customer ...they do NOT deserve 5 stars!!!

We had presidential properties come out to our rental home to do some work getting our driveway sealed and lawn mowing done bi weekly. Our experience with them has been the BEST! We've dealt with many companies before them but none could deliver on the service we received with their team. We highly recommend them to all our friends and anyone looking for landscaping! My garden turned out very nice after they took care of it, and the best part is that they did not leave anything behind. They cleaned up after all the work they did! Very well priced and great customer service.

My experience was excellent ! !I needed my very overgrown grass cut in a hurry. He came by on a holiday and was very friendly, polite and professional. He did an amazing job and even went above and beyond what was required. The price was very good as well !I will be using Presidential Properties for my ongoing lawn care and have even recommended them to a couple of friends.

Presidential Properties took care of our home before we put it up for rent.
