The doctor is good. The receptionists are incredibly rude. I came in today, but forgot my mask. They told me that they charge $1 for masks lol. The receptionist told me that I can either go to my car and bring my own mask or I can pay $1 for a mask. I asked her what would happen if I refused. Would she cancel my appointment? She did not respond. Just to be clear, I have NO PROBLEM with wearing a mask. I have a problem with a health clinic whose services are covered by OHIP charging patients for a mask. They then gave me a mask to wear (free of charge) without sanitizing their hands and rudely shook their heads at me because I was upset about their stupid policy. When I asked why an OHIP-covered clinic charges for masks, another lady who works here rudely told me that OHIP doesn’t cover masks. Completely ridiculous. I will ask my doctor to refer me to another clinic! I would avoid this place unless you want to be judged and berated by rude staff members because you won’t follow their irrational policies

Long wait to get an appointment, we forgot when we send the referral and who sent it more than 7 months ago unprofessional, too many questions to fill asking what are the symptoms and reasons behind the symptoms, not sure why are we here for then? Forcing their own Covid protocols, do not offer masks and require patients to wear them. I Don’t see a professional work in here not recommendedSorry my bad, they do have masks but they sell it to patients for $1.00, they need to make money you know too many bills to be paid. It’s all about business, they force patients to wear masks so they can sell them and make money.

I have taken my child to get allergy tested. We loved the lab technician she was amazing. She was very patient and nice with my daughter.However, I can not say the same thing about Dr. P. Lall. The doctor did not explain anything, she just looked at my daughter's arms and listed what she was allergic to. What I found nasty was the fact that the gloves that the doctor had on she did not take them off just sensitized them with the hand sanitizer. I found that very odd. All I could think of was how many patients did she used the same gloves on. Very nasty.I would not recommend this doctor at all. She did not have any people skills. She might have knowledge but doesn't share it.

Ordered a refill vile for my allergies well over 2 months ago and paid on the spot for it. Was told at the time that it would only take 4-6 weeks to get it ready.Then I called the office and left a voicemail but call was not returned.Once I got a hold of them I was advised that due to renovations the lab was running behind and would take an additional 2 weeks.For God's sake, we are talking about medication here they should have a better plan for renovations. And, how come I had to chase them instead of them giving me the courtesy and calling to advise.Poor service overall. Will not return here for anything or recommend anyone.

The actual doctor, Dr Cheema, is very good at what he does. He’s professional, thorough and so polite. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk is rather rude. They have no problem raising their voices at patients. Wish Dr Cheema had a better support team! Will think twice before coming back.

Dr Cheema is a very nice, pleasant doctor that will listen to your concerns to a degree. I felt he did thorough testing and was open to different requests I had with brand names etc. His nurse - apologies as I forget her name is always wonderful. I enjoy our time together every single time. 5 stars for sure.The worst part is reception. I feel like I’m always inconveniencing them by calling to book an appointment. They hang up without even saying goodbye and are so curt - it honestly gives me anxiety knowing I need to call. I won’t be back because I don’t need to have that kind of bs in my life. It’s been over 10 years and I continued to subject myself to it as I like the medical team but it’s not worth it anymore. They’re rude in person too. The reviews aren’t lying. Dr. Cheema should clean the front house and start fresh there. They’re damaging his practice unfortunately.

I suffer from a skin itch condition that started seasonally (spring/summer) and then monthly to daily. I was at the point that my skin was almost bleeding from scratching and couldn't sleep at night it was so bad. After months of blood tests and visits to my family doctor, I was referred to Dr Cheema who treated my condition. I've been using the nasal irrigation treatment and finally, no more skin itch. Thank you for your help in clearing my skin condition. I can finally enjoy life with no more skin itch!

I would like to thank Dr. Cheema for taking care of my allergy and chronic sinus infection. Dr. Cheema is very kind and from my personal experience one of the top specialist in the world. He is very compassionate and a caring person. I highly recommend Dr. Cheema.

My grandson was a patient here. The allergist himself was fine and the lab technician was patient and kind. However, the front desk customer service is truly appalling! The staff are hostile, rude, quick to anger and even raise their voices at patients.
