I'm very disappointed. I placed an Uber order from this location. The muffins are missing. The breakfast sandwiches are missing the lettuce and tomato. The tea is lukewarm. I tried calling the store several times. No answer. I called customer support, and they can't contact the store because it was an Uber order.

Been visiting this store for 1y+ now, great service, nice staffs.Ordered their muffin for the first time this morning, but seeing mold on the muffin… can’t believe I I ordered it for my son… this is a very serious food safety issue in my opinion. I would imagine most people either won’t notice it or cannot see clearly (elderlies)…

I think the store should be employee training, the lady was rude to me, at the beginning oreder the everything bagel and one coffee, when i open that not i want, then i told the lady，then lady said so many it'sthat what told her, beside me the girl told her, she still pretend say i told her that one, the girl said again, she said i speak not probably, i should be watch the screen, why i said first time the girl already hear that she could and tell me i must be careful, i ask her, do you want to kill me? Her atttude and manner very rude, i ask manager she still think she is right, i told her you shouldn't in the cashier. I did not do something wrong for you, Today i should happy has Tim hortons in hear, that's my first time visit here, but she break my mood.

I went at 6:20am to thought will be clean early morning, but as usual I’m very disappointed and upset , the store very dirty as usual in this storeAs you can see in the pictures, if the store was very dirty at 6:30am you can imagine what will be in 6:30pmThe tables have leftover food as you can see on the floor tooThe floor very sticky as i can feel under my shoes, i can tell no one mopped the floor or clean anything between changing the shiftsThe doors and windows have hands mark you can see it in the picturesOne day i spoke to one of my friends and they told me the same, we aren’t go in this location because very dirty

The staff is so rude and customer service id horrible.!I had to wait in line for 30 minutes because no one there was serving customers instead 5 staff members were standing there and chit chatting with eachother..Then the lady named Tania messed up my order. When I complained she started arguing that I placed the wrong order. There was big plastic chunck in my creamy chill. Did I ask her to put plastic in my drink? This is Ridiculous.. the staff at Tims is so rude and doesn't accept their mistake!

Have never experienced such a filthy Tim Hortons restaurant. Dirt across the floor, tables, stained walls… The place has a strange stink, it’s not coffee or donut smell.

We went via drive through and we ordered 3 double double, but there was no sugar in it. We again need to go inside in order to get the sugar packets. We asked for a butter toasted bagel, but it was not toasted. Very disappointed with the order we got.

I am a regular visitor of this place. Never impressed with the level of service. I asked for a half cup of tap water, the customer representative told me that tap water is no longer free. It was shocking to me. Not a client centric place…
