It was nice to purchase from a family owned business, compared to a big box corporation. Having a dealership with a service repair shop on site was very comforting. Bought my first car here for a really good deal have had it for over a month and runs very good! They replaced the breaks for me for free and got me brand new snow tires for a good deal! Would recommend this shop to anybody looking to buy a used car or need maintenance done.

They take care of you like a member of their family. Always honest, and will never force you to repair what doesn't need repairing. I've been a customer for 6 years and would not go anywhere else

I have used this shop a few times and never had an issue till this last time. I called and asked if the could take my car in to change the harmonic balancer and the gentleman said he could do it by the end of the day. He quoted me $150 for the job if I brought the part. I dropped my car off at 1:30pm and again asked how much and he said $150. 5:30 pm rolls around and the shop is closed and bo one is answering the phone to explain why my car is not done. My roommate finally got a hold of someone and they informed him that they didn't have the tool so it will be ready the next day. Fast forward to the next day and I see my car just sitting in the parking lot and still no call from the mechanics shop. My roommate goes over to pick the car up and the gentleman now tells him that it will be over $200 because they took longer then quoted. I've missed a days worth of work now because they lack communication skills. My roommate spoke to the gentleman told him that we are not paying more than what we were quoted. He was very rude with us and he told us to keep our business away from him from now on. I'm warning everybody out there. Be careful of this shop. They are very shady and don't do things by the book. They even offered my roommate $200 cash and he could walk off the lot with the car or $200 plus taxes if we choose to pay by debit.
