I've booked many all inclusive packages along with my destination wedding group of 30 people to Jamaica. Great service and quick responses to emails and enquiries. Wedding details, correspondence and planning with the resort was excellent. I've also referred numerous friends that are very satisfied with the professional efficient service.

Crystle was amazing!!! She handled all of my travel concerns I had pertaining to myself and my kids. Although it was a last minute trip she was able to book everything in a timely manner. A large group of family and friends used Concorde Travel Service recently to book a trip to Jamaica, and in hindsight, we now deeply regret that we did. We were told to book early, and as a group in order to get ‘group rates,’ only to discover that we were all significantly overcharged for the trip. The agency's own self-proclaimed 5-star review of themselves states Best Prices On Flights To Anywhere In The World...Excellence In Travel Service." Are you kidding me??? What an absolute farce!!We had also pre-booked a couple of excursions with the agency (and at their behest)

I can't say enough great things about this travel agency! I am someone who always has tons of questions and uses reviews to help make my decisions. Crystal had booked my families trip for a wedding in Jamaica. Even though we booked way after the entire wedding party, Crystal managed to get us a cheaper flight and we arrived to Jamaica earlier than everyone else. We decided to use her again to book an intimate and short trip to Mexico. Crystal answer every single question that I had about excursions, beaches, resorts, food and more! she was extremely patient and I never felt rushed to book anything. She worked with our budget and gave us options for deposits to make our booking easier. She was available to communicate through many different options and ALWAYS answered. I continuously get updates about great deals and its wonderful that she has kept our family in mind for future vacations. Recently planned a trip to Paris. Crystal made it all so easy. She was able to books us flights around my busy schedule. She had many great suggestions on where to stay, car rentals and fun excursions! She was so patient, and worked within our budget! Had the displeasure of talking to this travel agency (Crystal), in order to book a vacation to Jamaica with her.She started off her emails and phone conversations with me professional and nice. Gave me details to any questions I had. Once she received her deposit that she claimed we had to put down, it was all downhill from there. No responses to emails and when she did respond, she would not provide details or breakdowns when asked. Needless to say this was very frustrating for us.We informed her we were not very happy with what she did provide and she got very upset. Considering the amount of money for the hotel and the tours she was asking for, we needed to be sure we were getting our money's worth and not being over charged...she could not understand this.We found her to lack a great deal of experience in booking destination weddings, a vacation, lack of professionalism and customer service.I would never recommend the agency to anyone, whether looking to book or even just wanting information.
