This was by far the worst retail experience I have EVER had. The owner is extremely unprofessional and volatile. After relentlessly following my family around the store, she yelled at my son for sitting beside me on a couch (his feet weren't even on the furniture - we are careful to always enforce this in all furniture stores) . She then began yelling at my husband and me, accusing our children of scratching the furniture. When my husband and I defended ourselves and our kids, she kicked us out and then swore, using the F-word in front of my children (6 and 4 years old). This was a truly shocking and horrible experience. We have been to many furniture stores with our kids and have never had a negative experience until now. This person is clearly too unstable and hostile to work with the public (never mind be around children). I would not recommend that anyone spend their money in a place like this.

Wouldn't even give one star. Darren told me my product would take one week to come in. It's been two and they now are saying another 3 weeks. I asked for a refund they refused and then called the police saying I was trespassing. Dare is reasonably but whoever the lady is a psycho. Terrible customer service. No wonder they have a help wanted sign on the door, who would wanna work there

Urban furnishings is one of my favorite place to shop for my furniture. I ordered my dining set from them and was worried if I will get it on time thank u to Gavi and Dhiren for delivering my product on the committed date.

Had a great experience. Got my bedroom set from this place. The lady helped us a lot with patience. Great service.

I bought several bedroom sets from Urban Furnishings and the quality of the product for the price is unmatchable. Prince was very helpful and accomodating throughout the whole experience. I won't go anywhere else for furniture shopping as these guys simply can't be beaten in value. Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the personal help on choosing my furtniture. Unlike big box stores where they are looking to make just a sale; the owner spent her time to help me visualize a better living room.

Got to the store this afternoon and was right away told by an unprofessional and rude lady do not take a picture" while even we did not have any cellphone or camera

I have been sold a substandard product while promising it to be a fully leather couch. Case underway unless a resolution is found.

RUN, don't walk away from this business!The owner GAVI, comes off so pleasant and helpful until she steals your money.Gave a $500 deposit to purchase a sofa, left the store and started reading reviews on the business. Multiple cases in the BBB. ( They have had to open, close and re-name multiple other stores due to bad business)I called GAVI the next day and told her I had changed my mind. She told me too bad, no refunds. 'Ill save the details, but GAVI kept my $500, never returned my calls, and she will gladly steal your money too.The furniture quality is worst than IKEA. Don't be fooled by the good reviews of their friends/family.
