I had a wonderful experience, and will definitely be coming back! Delicious, creamy ice cream with high milk content for a great price. We ordered a strawberry cone, one blueberry cheesecake in a cup, and one mint-chocolate-chip in a cup. I definitely recommend the blueberry cheesecake, which is the one I had - not too sweet, creamy, and milky; everything ice cream should be.The lady at the counter introduced me to their variety of chocolates and while I didn't buy any chocolates this time, I definitely will the next time I go - they smelled, and looked amazing! Staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Paid $5.25 for a single scoop of ice cream, and it was the tiniest scoop l've ever seen in my entire life. In all honesty, I don't even think I can call it a scoop. The employee told me that it was out of their hands" as their manager has been advising them to give people smaller portions - can't say I'll be going back."

Sinfully delicious chocolate selections for all ages. I went here for the chocolate ice cream, although there is a few other alluring choices to resist for next visit. It was nice to be able to get tea-spoon size samples before making my decision on the ice cream. I gave this rating for the excellent customer service from the helpful staff, and let alone the high quality of the products.

Everytime I've gone here, the staff have been amazing and it's one the few places in the world that still have friendly customer service instead of what do you want". The young man today was closing the store but saw that I wanted to come in and still quickly and courteously served me."

After years of eating other company's chocolates, I tried Purdy's chocolate several years ago. They're fantastic. So much tastier than the other brands..even better than Godiva. Plus the staff, in the Markham store is very friendly and helpful. When I recently ordered a few boxes for my wife for Christmas, they phoned me to let me know they had arrived. Curbside or in-store pickup was very convenient and safe. A great selection to satisfy the cravings and budget for all people.

Staff is unprofessional and disorganized. A large group of different families were just crowded around the counter area with no sign of managing a lineup. Customers seemed just to be waiting around while the employees rushed around struggling to find change for the customer not even at the cashier. I went up to them to ask if I could order when everyone had gone and this woman and child walked up from behind me and asked to get a scoop of ice cream, to which the staff looked at me and said “we will help you after this.” I get that a mall ice cream store can be disorganized but this store is on another level. Do yourself a favor and go to the crepe dessert place beside here.
