We just celebrated our 1 yr anniversary of our new home build with Jaylin, and couldn’t be happier. Jeff and Lynette made the building experience enjoyable and walked us through ever step of the build with a professional hands on approach. If we were to ever build again, it would automatically be with them. Not only do they build a quality house, you would be hard pressed to find two nicer people! Thank you Jaylin!

We have been living in our new Jaylin home for two years now and have totally enjoyed it, the workmanship, the design, everything was done perfect.In fact when they called to do a one year check all we could find was a upstairs door wouldn't latch just right, and they fixed that the next day.On the second year a plumbing issue came up, and they helped us out, by locating the problem, and then fixing it 100% the problem wasn't anything that could be detected until the basement suite we constructed was nearing completion. We called Jeff at Jaylin Homes and he was on it right away, he takes great pride in the homes that he and his team build and you feel that as he and Dan were here throughout the complete process.My wife and I would highly recommend buying a home built by Jaylin Homes they are there for you right at the beginning by taking you step by step through the features of your home and follow up to ensure your satisfied with your new home.Thank-you , Jeff ,Dan and the Jaylin team.Sincerely, Ron and Colette Peters

Amazing company to deal with and went above and beyond my expectations!

Recently purchased a home built in 2013 by Jaylin Homes. I needed blueprints for the basement and the name of a few suppliers they used for certain applications in our home and with absolutely no added benefit to them they helped me with everything I needed right away! They seemed genuinely happy to help. Incredibly pleased with the customer service they provide and I think everybody should consider Jaylin when purchasing/building a new home.
