absolutely abhorrent display of ignorance by the security guard by the door when I visited yesterday. screamed at and threatened a homeless woman who was ALREADY LEAVING the property after talking to my partner and I; she was not “harassing” anyone and I didn’t feel the need to ask for security after my interaction with her (he started yelling at her unprompted). completely disgusting from a company that is supposedly community-focused—reading other reviews, it seems that maybe this is an ongoing issue with current management. extremely disappointing.

Good, clean and tidy place but it’s a little bit expensive for a second hand clothes which you find them somewhere else 30-50% cheaper.

I usually love this goodwill as they have great finds and staff are generally really nice. The last time I was here one of the leaders/manager on the floor was being extremely rude and lashing out on customers for silly reasons. It made me worry about the staff and other customers that may shop there. The manager with rainbow hair (didnt get a name) was extremely rude to a homeless guest (who i knew) while she was trying stuff on because she had too much stuff in the fitting room and was trying to change back into her clothes. Another lady who left her bike in the store without knowing it was not allowed was humiliated over the PA system in front of all the customers. I get that situations can be frustrating, but this was extremely unprofessional and so rude to the customers and clearly made everyone uncomfortable. Something should be done about this.

This is the best store ever for folks with low income like myself and my husband as we are seniors. We always find nice shirts and track pants for my husband. I get cute brand name shirts for a good deal. We get bedding that we use for our dogs for cheap. Love shopping here and always friendly staff.

This store has an awesome selection with affordable prices.Wonderful and helpful staff.

This store is either a hit or a miss you can find amazing items here or the next time you come there won't be anything to choose from has it depends on the donations they receive. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
