I had an amazing experience at the Burger King in Sylvan Lake! The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that my order was prepared exactly as I wanted. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this Burger King location for a satisfying fast food meal.

Had a Whopper Wednesday sandwich today, the absolute best Whopper I ever had at any location, built with passion and love. So tasty! Yummy-yum-yum!

The drive-thru was a 20 minute ordeal (not exaggerating) to serve 4 vehicles. Then they gave me 11 pieces out of the 12 that should’ve been there, just to make it even worse. No apologies or concerns either, a truly atrocious experience.

I got a backyard burger which was good and some luke warm fries tasted pretty descent too I could only imagine how good they would have been if they were hot. The burger was hot. The pop machine needs cleaning cause it tasted like mold. Polite young man was working I think by himself

Went to Burger King in Sylvan lake for the first time today. Never again. We stood at the counter while being ignored by staff for at least 5 minutes as they walked back and forth until I yelled to see if anyone was taking orders. Finally someone acknowledged the people standing there and we were all able to order. After our order and we went to get our drinks we tried to find a clean table and there were absolutely none. They were all dirty and this isn’t the middle of the day this was at 11:00 AM. Not a very well managed location at all.

Staff needs more training, & need to hire more staff. I understand that finding staff is hard but train the staff you do have properly & don't leave them alone on a Long weekend especially the last day when people travel.
