My wife phoned and spoke to Brian earlier this morning about a range. He checked his stock and came up with a solution on a model that was in mint condition on the floor. By the early afternoon, we were in the store speaking with Brian and setting up a delivery. We were very impressed that they had what we were looking for and arranged for a fast delivery. (Home Depot, Trail Appliance and Wagner Appliance could not assist and in some cases stock was not available for months from now). In addition our old range is being taken away......First class service.Thank you Brian"R&N."

We want to thank Matt at GP Home for all of the time he spent with us while we shopped for a new fridge to fit our space. His knowledge of his product and patience with us while we gathered information to choose the best option for us is very much appreciated. We are very happy with the GE fridge we chose. It fits perfectly in our space. Thank you! And a huge thanks to the pair that delivered and installed it. The absolute worst customer service. If you want your furniture MONTHS late and ordered incorrectly buy it at GP.After waiting 5.5 months for our couch and chair to arrive they sent the wrong toss cushions. That was August 2021. I called a number of times after being told they would be sure to get the right ones to us. It was excuse after excuse from their sales lady Cathy everything from supply issues to “oh I will check and see what’s going on and get back to you”. I ultimately gave up because there was clearly zero interest in getting me the right order.I would never step foot in GP again. If you want quality furniture and service visit Longfellows!

GP sells beautiful, high-quality products, and they they have your back if any issues arise.I ordered an incredible bed frame from GP and ran into some issues with the product (it was not GPs Fault). The sales manager, Brian, went to great lengths to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I am grateful for my experience with GP and would gladly shop here again.

I have always been impressed with the store and the furniture etc that it offered. The end of May, I visited the store and purchased a mattress. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks. My mattress was just delivered yesterday, July 6 (5 weeks later). I had contacted the store several times to confirm my order and at no time did the store contact me to advise there had been delays. I was not impressed that the store never contacted me to advise the delays until I called. The delivery fellows were great and I do love the mattress. I would shop there again, but hopefully there won't be any issues with the products.

I ordered a UNIQUE brand propane off the grid propane range from GP. It had to be special ordered which took about a month but that is ok given the current global shipping climate. The boys that came out to remove the old electric stove and brought in the new range did a spectacular job. My home is on a steep hill and there are lots of stairs. In spite of that I didn't hear them complain once. I am grateful for the assistance as I could never do this on my own. Thank you GP!

Such a lovely store. We drove all the way from Vancouver to visit this store and they had such great items. The staff was so friendly and caring and actually helped us save time for ordering some furniture. If you ever do go to Chilliwack, do go here

POSITIVES: Have only been here once while visiting Chilliwack a week ago. Went in to pick from their Yeti selection (very plentiful selection I might add) and see what other goodies they had. The furniture is beautiful and unique, the staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We did indeed find the Yeti's we were looking for, along with a special spice to gift to our family. We were looking at having them engraved there which is a super cool service they offer, but the turnaround time was longer than our planned trip.NEGATIVES: Nothing really to note here except that the furniture is $$$. I did notice some items on sale which is always a bonus!
