DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE.!This is a poorly run LTC the staff are very uneducated. ( speaking from a person who worked in LTC for 8 years now in emergency medicine)The damage to the health and wellness to my family member, who was to be there for a 2 week respite ( had to be brought home after 8 days do to improper treatment and care) this is absolutely disgusted and i am appalled at the lack of communication from the nursing staff and director to the family who have there loved ones at your place. Your staff did this !! And your staff are to be blamed for all of this!!! Now my family member is home and getting antibiotic treatment for the 2nd week now as well is bed ridden thank to this LCT.Your family members health will not be the same as what they went in as.!!

My friend’s mom is being neglected here. She pays alot of $$$ and Gram had a leg infection go septic due to lack of care, no visits. Scary - do not know what to do !!

I can never thank the staff enough for the attention and caring that they gave my mother, Theresa, on all of her almost 10 years there and especially on her final days at Errinrung. She enjoyed so many of the staff, who often took the time to talk and sit with mom. It's not the newest place in the world, but I'm so glad my mom was there. It was the people who worked there who made it special for her. A special staff and thank you to the staff who were with me on her last weekend as well. It felt like i was among family and friends.

They take good care of my mother in law. Caring and attentive staff and 24 hr nurse. Today there are musicians playing for them as part of the Holiday season.

Although the facility is quite 'hospital-like', the staff are absolutely wonderful. Both our parents are residents in the LT Care section and we have found the staff to be positive, caring and professional.

DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! I'd give -10 if I could. They won't be the same as the way they went in!

Agree with above 2 reviews , do not send your family here , very poorly managed and the PSW workers are the worst .They even harass innocent seniors , especially the indian guy who was recently moved from the kitchen to psw .big mouth and hits the seniors , i want management to keep an eye on him to save seniors.Employees like him ruin reputation of such places and families loose trust on nursing homes .

activities staff and kitchen staff are amazing! second to none! That doesn’t excuse the poor management but that’s the way she goes! just an idea for the back court yard though
