Tesh was a pleasure to work with and provided great options on the white oak floors we were looking for. We had done some shopping around before coming here and we found this was a more affordable option then the other places we were looking at. We got our floors done by Sammy's about 2 years ago in our 2 bedroom condo. We were told we required our floors to be leveled and poured prior to the floors going on. We agreed, At the end we spent about 10k on everything.. however we realized quickly that the installers had left a huge large section of our kitchen floors un leveled. Whenever we walk through our kitchen, we can feel our floor bend under our feet and more recently it has started to crack. Very disappointed as we spent so much and our experience was ruined by the installers not finishing the last bit of their work and just overlaying the flooring even when the floor was still unleveled.

During my search for the perfect laminate flooring, I must have visited every single flooring store in Vancouver. I only stumbled upon Sammy's Designer Flooring as I was in the area visiting some other stores. I almost did not enter, as the name designer" and the luxurious marble slabs at the front seemed intimidating for my basic budget. However

First time into Sammy’s today, Chris was extremely helpful! He walked me through the whole showroom, then I spent a long time pulling samples out and making a mess of them on the floor. He kindly encouraged this and checked in on me several times to provide advice. I was even able to borrow several of the samples for a couple days with a very fair deposit so that I can compare them in the space. Thanks Chris, I’m excited to continue the project with your team!
