We got our first car from HOC and we had planned to refinance it for more manageable payments. It’s a testament to the team’s expertise that they were able to find an even better deal that was more beneficial for the long term for us. It took some convincing, but Nathan did such a good job of getting us this great deal, and we couldn’t be happier that we were convinced. The process, including the switch from one car to the other, took less than 4 hours. House of Cars really knows their stuff, and I can’t thank Nathan enough for the patience.

I headed to House of Cars Deerfoot Meadows because they had a Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission and once I got there I was met by Nathan. We took the car for a good test drive and after that we head back to the office to work the deal. Negotiation was fair, and I got the car for the price I was comfortable with. Nathan kept me in the loop from the day we closed the deal to the day I went there to pick the car up.All in all, I am satisfied with the whole process and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle with them!

He was able to help me and work with my financial situation to get me into something that works for my family. I am beyond pleased with the customer service at this dealership. Had a truly WONDERFUL experience here. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships, and it's always been a bad experience. Absolutely NOT the case here. Bart was my salesman, and he moved mountains to make our deal work! Very professional, polite, and personable! I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy without the usual nonsense of a dealership, go to House of Cars. Also, can't forget Long! He's one of the finance managers. He was also incredible at his job, did tons of legwork for my benefit, and really helped pull the whole deal together.All in all, it was a great experience, and if I find myself in need of another vehicle, these guys will be the ones I call. 10/10
