Best dentist I've ever had. Extremely professional and top notch service.I've been seeing Dr. Chui for at least 10yrs. She is so careful and gentle. She puts me at ease when she's had to do any work.Highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist.

The best dentist I've ever been to. I was very nervous about getting dental work done and everyone was so kind and understanding. I really appreciated the explanations of what was being done, and all of the exams and cleanings were very gentle. Thank you all so much!

Went there to have my teeth clean and 1 of the hygienist chip my front teeth. All she did was tell me that she did that and never even offer to fix it. I have never gone back there since. Nor did the hygienist or anyone in the office called me to knowledge that happen to me..Not sure why they have such a higher rating when this happen to me , which I am sure it most have happen to others too .

I am thankful that my son's girlfriend introduced us to Crown Dental Centre on 4050 Main St. Vancouver. The staff were very nice, warm, inviting and professional. First impressions mean everything in business, and Linda at front desk means everything when you enter Crown Dental Centre. She is an angel. She cares so much for the patient and never leave them stranded. She would go beyond her duty to ensure everyone could be at ease with their appointments, support documentation and especially when you have an emergency. As you come in, you would feel the cleanliness of this office was out of this world. From floor, wall to ceiling and all dental equipment are clean and top notch with most up-to-date technology. All work were done expertly and in ethical manner. I was greatly entertained by and overhead screen playing Chef Cook (I picked the channel) while having my teeth worked on by a very outstanding, kind, gentle, straight forward, thoughtful, and very bubbly Doctor Chiu. Crown Dental by far the best dental practice and staff in the area! I would strongly recommend others to pay a visit.

This is the best dental practice I’ve ever been too. The whole staff is super friendly and pays attention to the smallest details. I was recommended this place by a friend and can’t stop recommending it to my friends now. Thanks to the team :)

If the clinic is closed, do not expect any help. I was in deep pain, Dr. Chiu, normally treating me, could not be reached at her emergency#. I left a message at 9AM., she returned the call at 3:30PM. Her response was that it was her dayy off and she was busy with family, no apologies , or asking how i was doing. I responded, this is your answer, well mine is thank you and i will seek another clinic. She needs polishing in the customer service department. Her staff could teach her there as they are highly professional and do not see you as $$$ sign.

Wow. Great friendly staff. Linda at reception makes you feel welcomed and goes out of the way to serve you. The staff such as Michelle and Tracy are so patient and caring . I told them I went on vacation and at my next appointment Tracy remembered and came out of the back to say hi and ask how it went. Dr Wong is amazing. He's so through, caring and has exceptional bedside manners. You can always ask questions and he takes the time to answer without any rush. He even offers to ask any questions by emailing him and he answers promptly. One time I we went in for cleaning and he saw me and came out and sat with me in the waiting area to ask how my vacation was. I've never experienced this at any doctors/ dentist appointment... have you? Highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Chiu and staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Very friendly and professional. Their assistance and receptionist are also so kind and caring. They truly care about all their patients.Thank you for all that you do.

Been seeing Dr Chiu since 2014. Her team is like a family and it shows! Linda the receptionist is kind and professional. Also highly recommend Michelle as a hygienist for a gentle and thorough cleaning. I've always had a comfortable experience at this clinic and will miss it when we move away. Thank you ladies!
