Springs Motor Inn

I enjoyed my stay. Smoking rooms which is nice. Price is a little high @ close to 100 / night but the service was great.Also I think it might be haunted, which I like to think.Overall I'd stay here again!

Stayed here last minute for a couple of nights and I'm really happy that I did! There aren't that many budget hotels here in Wainwright (some are really bad and dirty), but I must say I was surprised at how clean and homey the rooms were. The management seems to go out of their way to please you and make your stay great. Thanks again and I'll definitely be coming back here when I stop by in Wainwright again. :)

The restaurant/bar side had a girl working in it who only seemed to pay attention to men playing vlts . We sat in there for 15 minutes and waited for her to come , she didn't even acknowledge us afterlooking over and seeing us, she still went to her regulars" first. Not sure what "job" she was really doing ? So we left that dump! The manager or owner of the motel was drinking beer at 11 am behind his desk . The rooms were filthy... Worst I'd ever seen. After we had our room "cleaned " it smelled like a rotten dirty washcloth was used . Never go to this place...it's really bad."

Room was clean and smelled alright, furnishing were decent condition, and it was in a good location. Staff was friendly, though I did have to go find them so I could check in because I got to town late (after 8pm) and the desk was unattended (not a big deal). Bathroom was very small and toilet was kind of dirty when I checked in. My only real complain, though, is that the bed was like sleeping on concrete. I woke up with such a sore back that I had to take pain killers and do a lot of stretching in order to work the pain out. It's 4 days later and I'm still sore. This is especially bad because I was in town to volunteer at an event that required standing on a concrete floor all day, so the sore back really put a damper on my comfort for the weekend. Would probably not stay here again simply for this reason as I don't enjoy this amount of discomfort.

Absolutely disgusting hotel , the owner walked into my room numerous times in the morning without even a knock . I’d spend a bit more for the next place

DISGUSTING!!! I did not stay here,, found a different hotel. The hotel was BEYOND dirty: a drawer filled with human hair, a bloody booger stuck to the head board, the sheets CLEARLY have not been washed in months. The floor was clearly unvacuumed or clean. There were dirt piles on top of the head board and doors. The toilet seat was practically moulding. And this doesn’t even include the sketchy and obviously unsafe environment. Things were stolen at night outside our rooms, and locals advised that drug dealers use this hotel for drugs. HIGHLY HIGHLY ADVISE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY TO NOT STAY HERE !

Walked in- lobby was dark; didn't feel welcoming. Smelled a fair amount like mouse feces, covered up by a heavy scent of industrial air freshener. Checked in at 6:00 am. Which was awfully nice of them to do for us. We checked out at roughly 6:30 am. Walked into the room to find the trim fairly tattered, the bathtub looked like it had enough caulking on it to finish an entire his and hers bathroom. The television was new, but that didn't make up for what we found shortly after getting ready to catch some much needed z's. Just like any budget" hotel room I pulled up the mattress cover to look for any deterring signs of health and safety. Satisfied temporarily with one bed. I turn to the other bed to check it as well. That is when I decided we had to check out. There was something which looked brownish red on the bed sheet. The owner of the inn stated it was just oil

This motel was filthy. The manager was unorganized and extremely unprofessional, our room was not ready at 1600. We explained that due to covid 19 we had to cancel our trip( one of our immediate family members had to be tested), but the manager charged us anyways, we were not even in the motel. I would never travel to Springs again, I believe next door is a clean hotel at the same price. Springs was a terrible 10 min experience that we paid $300.00 for and never entered the rooms. Poor customer service, poor quality, poor attitude and zero professionalism.

I was quite hesitant to stay here after seeing some bad reviews, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were and how friendly the staff was at the motel! It's by no means a 4 star hotel, but it's cheap, clean, comfortable and has all amenities that you would need.The owner and management there really goes above and beyond to service your needs. I got upgraded to a bigger room at no cost because my husband was in crutches due to an injury. The food there is also pretty good especially for the price. The bar has a pool table and VLT machines which you can play and the bartenders were friendly.I normally don't bother writing reviews (unless it was a bad experience), but I think that this place definitely deserves a 5 star for the great customer service. One thing I would recommend is definitely upgrade to the executive rooms cause it's much more spacious and nicer!

This hotel is a murders dream, it’s really sketchy and I didn’t enjoy staying the one night I had to stay here, you have to pay upfront and I know why because the place is terrible. the first room we were given was dirty and dusty with stains everywere and the tub was stained yellow. It was a really so bad my friends allergies started acting up and couldn’t even stand to be in the room for half hr so we grabbed our bags and went to the front desk to get a refund because we couldn’t stay there for our health so he gave us the “upgraded” room for free... it’s a terrible room aswell, also not vacuumed but it was nicer then the previous room, it also didn’t smell as bad. This place was full of handy man specials, the beds were rock hard and the pillows stunk. Also during the night I got a bug bite on my leg which I assumed was a spider. And most importantly the deadbolt didn’t lock. This was an outside the hotel room. I can’t belive I paid $100 for the room. This room is maybe only worth $40 and that’s for the upgraded room. I will never stay at this place again and would recommend against this place.My edit for the managements response is that Free speech is not a Criminal offence as you suggest and I am not exaggerating about the state of your rooms being nasty and that nobody would want to stay in them, Of course we were coming up to the front for a refund and yes we took the free upgraded room because it was slightly better than the room we had previous but we still don’t like it and we would never stay here again maybe instead of being rude to the people leaving honest reviews of your hotel you should look at improving it or shutting it down.
