Ontario Home Protection (OHP) was a pleasure to work with. Came to my site and fixed the boiler. The coverage wasn't all inclusive but much cheaper than some of these other guys. Easy for me and the tenants.

They showed up over an hour late but brought us Tim Hortons cards to compensate. Once they started working, they fixed the appliances immediately. No payment was processed on sight. This was by far the best experience.

Our fireplace stopped working. Enercare and Reliance wouldn't cover it. We called OHP and they repaired it (it took them almost 2 weeks back and fourth) but we finally have heat again and it cost us nothing extra.
