Love shopping at Fortinos, even for lunch their hot plates and soups are good…Location is very nice, bright and open, people that work there are very helpful and polite, fresh products are good and the bakery has also very good options…

I have been shopping at Fortinos for some time. If you can’t find an item that you are looking for and ask for help the management is very rude. I got the impression that if you can’t locate an item you looking for do not ask because it becomes bothersome to staff. Some staff members are extremely nice and some are very rude. One employee said to me why don’t I follow you around and be your personal shopper. I feel customers should never be treated in such a manner. Attitude is everything.

I ordered catering with Pane Fresco at this Fortinos and wanted to call out a young lady that I spoke to and who was there when I picked up the order. Her name is Jordyn (Jordan) who was working in carvery/hot table. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. For a young student, her poise, knowledge and customer service skills were outstanding. Thank you to this young lady for making my experience such a positive one! The food was also very delicious!

I once considered Fortinos to be a top tier grocery store. Unfortunately the last few trips have resulted in too much food waste. The grapes (>$10) were purchased today and we couldn’t see the rotten ones or the mold until we got them home and unpackaged them.So, the take away is that there is no sense in spending more at a (once) top tier grocery store.Fortinos- When consumers are forced to spend more, we also expect more. The bar is higher for you because your prices are higher- do better or make room for the lower cost grocer- we know what to expect from them.

Been coming here for years and the grocery experience has always been great. Bakery is also wonderful and fresh. The take home dinners have gotten better and now there is a weekly discount on sandwiches. Would be great to see halal offerings more but otherwise 5/5 !

I drive from out of town to shop here simply because of the fish department! The lady I always see is named Loredana. She is top notch! Always clean and professional, I could talk to her for hours! An incredible person and employee!

This location is very spacious and has many advantages: It has a lot of parking spots available; you can buy hot meal from variety of options (salad, pizza, pasta, fried chicken, fried seafood, etc.) and it has dining area to sit down and enjoy the hot meal you bought (Definitely not in COVID pandemic and only on normal times).Store is clean and staff are helpful.

Always clean, organized, fresh.They always have customized cake and cupcake available for the season.However, staffs are sometimes not friendly, not available to approach most of the time in most of the aisle…

I love Fortinos, however today's experience was very offensive. I picked up 5 cases of Remedy Kombucha and checked out, the cashier asked if I needed a reusable bag and I declined because I had one... I then noticed she had put stickers on all my all my cases ..I then notices the next person cashed out and did not have any bags just had all her groceries In her cart and not one sticker...I pointed this out and asked why that was...she replied that the sticker prove that I paid...I I said we'll that other person has no bags does she not need to prove she paid? This woman was able to leave with all her groceries In her Cart..yet I had a bag and my items were tagged like some kind of a theif. Then on top of that I went to get 2 peices of Lasagna and the young brown guy tried to give me the worst peice the pan, no cheese or neat and had fallen apart, I told him to remove it as he did not give it to the 2 ahead of me and there for ii is not accepable .

The produce, the meat were all fresh! Thank you for keeping everything so perfectly arrayed!The prices are OK but the quality is perfect!
