Nice staff, but after I got home I realized I had been sold the wrong pack of prerolls that were $10 more expensive than the ones I had ordered :(

After a thorough explanation from their support Twitter account; I found out they do price matching. As this may not apply 100% of the time during transactions it is useful. I find they sell well trimmed flower, high potency flower and always have most items in stock. Their shred product is well priced and one of my favourites.

I love this location, and I have come to adore the staff that work there! Ashlyn(spelling?) was the first to give suggestions & all were great, and found my first ever favourite joint <3 I look forward to seeing her every time :) The manager Jess is very kind, and seems thankful for her customers… I am glad I met her! Jennifer is so sweet, same with Chris, all of them are. Joey REALLY knows his stuff, he is incredibly knowledgeable about everything. The customer service is awesome :)Favourite store to go for my alternative medicine.

Okay first off let me preface this by saying I just like two days ago wrote a very upsetting review about a fire and flower located in red deer alberta - to the point where I swore off F&F however this was my closest location today and I thought whatever I’ll try. Jessica s. Can I just say, you completely changed this humans day. Like just the sweetness, welcoming attitude and the fact that she listened to my three minute long ramble about the cities snow clean up lol. Poor girl. She just … she really truly cared to help pin point what I was looking for and her gorgeous attitude just really solidified the second chance I gave f&f cause 10/10 will be coming back because of her !

Traveled all the way down to this location from the West End to buy a valentine's day gift for my hubby. I was completely out of my element, had no idea what I was looking for but I was shortly rescued by the staff. The manager was super friendly, and was able to make recommendations of some vague parameters I gave, that went over very well! Super pleased with the level of service and I'll definitely shop here again.

This place was and is my go to for cheap bulk weed, they typically carry 7 g bags of mulled flower for about 24% and on occasion I've purchased 10 g bags aswell, they always have a large stock of 510 garts and a variety of edibles I've never personally looked at but all around a very friendly place

Staff are always friendly, helpful & patient. The knowledge level is outstanding & they remember my hubby and me when we pop in. I'll be thrilled even more once the window coverings get removed. These are wonderful people ensuring we get the best & safest recreational use of a LEGAL substance. Why did the government feel they needed to be hidden from view? That's not safe business practice do I'm happy & relieved to know the restricted view is being removed!
