I was in the market for a Telluride SX in a specific colour to replace a Sorento that had been written off. I called about 20+ dealerships trying to find one. No one had one on their lots and no one could tell me if they were getting one.Fast forward to contacting Coburg Kia and speaking with Mark Townend the new car manager. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. Instead of the I don't know anything" answer

first off my wife and I drove 2.5 hrs to see are Telluride. my wife had talked to mark and 3 other dealers a lot closer but she said too me that mark seemed to be the best and I went with her gut felling. I'm so glad I did!! mark hands down was extremely genuine, honest, fair negotiation as well as not pushy at all, but did respond to emails very promptly to answered any questions we had. To be honest he was so great and as well as the dealer ship I wouldn't hesitate to drive 2.5hrs one way if I had an issue because I know I can trust them 100%. Mark took his time to go over all the settings with us the day we were leaving every thing went so smooth from first seeing the SUV to the paper signing. and Catharine the financing services manager was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and very knowledgable and walked us through the final paperwork seamlessly. I feel by the time we drove away we all felt like family because how great they were.I could go on forever but if anyone is looking for a car or Kia I would say make the drive if its 10mins or 3hrs to Coburg Kia I guarantee you won't be disappointedThank you Mark and kia family till next timeRJ-Jenn

Recently had my Sorento in for a problem I was having with the infotainment/navigation system. Service Manager Matt Elder spent time with me demonstrating the issue. He arranged to get me in to check this out with one of his most knowledgeable service techs (Steve). A complete update was performed on the system. Totally Fixed!!" After waiting nearly a year at another dealer, we were almost ready to give up on getting the Kia we wanted. Luckily we got in touch with Mark who was able to secure us an incoming model in the trim and colour we wanted the most, in less than 2 weeks! To top it off the car actually came in sooner than we initially expected! I never write reviews but an experience like this really can't go unnoticed. We recently picked up our New 2023 Xline LTD Kia Sportage from this location, The customer care that me and wife received from Mark and Catherine was incredible. From getting our vehicle in record time, to staying past closing hours for us to pick up the keys to our new vehicle. Not to mention pulling the vehicle into the mechanic bay to give us a rundown of the new vehicle as it was raining. Every dealership should strive for this type of quality service. Thanks again for this seamless experience.

Mark and the team at Cobourg Kia were great. He was able to get me the car I wanted within a short period of time. He was also fantastic at answer all of my emails and questions very quickly.

I had a fabulous experience at this dealership when so many of the others were awful! Mark went over and above to make sure I had my car when I needed it. He was prompt at returning all emails and always honest and down to Earth. He took time to go through all of the car's functions with me during pick up. Catharine was informative and clear about the financing. She offered me options without being pushy or condescending, which was my experience at other dealerships.
