Kingston Athletic Development Center

My children attended a Spring Break camp at Kingston Hockey Development Center and begged me not to send them back. The staff were quite rude with the kids, and often swore during the demonstration of activities. One child even noted that the instructors said 'why do you ask so many stupid questions?!'. The experience was so upsetting to my children that they wanted to be picked up mid-day, but were afraid to ask to use a phone. When I emailed the proprietor to complain, the response was quite defensive and hostile; they even insinuated that my kids were lying. If you're interested in sending your children to hockey camp, please spend your money elsewhere. The staff at KHDC lack professionalism and charisma. I will never be back. I had to select at least one star in order to post this review, but honestly, I give KHDC a 0/10.

My son is a 9 yr old goalie that has been attending goalie lessons with Max at the Kingston Hockey Development Center. He loves working with Max. He has improved immensely in one season he went from playing house league to making the AA team in his age group. The synthetic ice is an affordable alternative in a city where ice time costs are the most expensive in the province. If you are a goalie and looking to improve, I highly recommend the Kingston Hockey Development Center

My son has learned so much from his goalie coaching sessions with Max. He always looks forward to training with him!

Our daughter has been going to this gym for the past 7 months. She loves working with staff there.

My son has been going to KHDC since it opened. They are all very dedicated to development both mentally and physically. They always make him feel welcome and create a positive environment.
