I’ve been dealing with Centaur for almost two decades re an annual tournament. Great work, fantastic attention to detail and quick to respond to even the dumbest questions from customers like me. Emma was terrific this year. Couldn’t be happier with Centaur. Highly recommended.

I would not order from this company again. We placed an order for dog show ribbons. We then had entries increase and sought additional ribbons so each person could get a rosette. Unfortunately, it took 2.5 months (yes months) to get extra ribbons. They only partially fulfilled the order and when I found out they said it would take another 6 weeks to make one ribbon. Don't work with this company if you have any deadlines. Customer service is very lacking.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Emma and Arianne truly went above and beyond to bring my engraving to life. Highly recommended!

We get awards here twice a year, Centaur staff is very friendly and helpful. Quality products, beautiful lazer work on engraving, shipped with care. Pricing is great too. One year we had a late order and they got it done in time for our banquet. You ladies ROCK!! Thx!!

These people are the best! I have made 2 rush orders for award trophies (obviously it costs extra but to be expected) and they were very helpful when I was unable to go into the store to physically pick a trophy as they were out of stock. They found one for me via email that they did have!Quick email response from Arianne and Nikki, great selection and a beautiful job on the engraving.I will be using you guys again and again! Trophies are my new go to gift I think! Thanks again so much!

I came in with very short notice to get some awards for an awards show for my restaurant, the staff were more then helpful. I wasn’t even thinking about my logo being on the trophies due to short notice. When I came to pick up the trophies I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff had searched up the restaurant, found the logo and made the trophies look a lot better than I had envisioned.
