This is the second time I have come here . Once in April and once yesterday. When you walk in It feels and smells dirty . Both visits the servers were lovely . Both times food took way too long for wings , salad and burger considering there were only a handful of tables eating . My friend had a grilled beet salad and the beets were not grilled but from a can . My other friend had a messy fish burger and said there was no taste . My wings were good but expensive . $18 for a pound ? My bill for wings and an ice tea was $25 ! Bit high in my opinion . However I didn’t look at the price before I ordered . Last visit in April my husband had salmon and it was cold . Sent it back but by the time a new one arrived I was done eating so he ate alone . Insult to injury it was our anniversary !Anyway all I can say is the staff is nice , food is below average for the price and I have given it two chances and will not be back for a third .

So overly disappointed. Ordered pickup at 3:30pm for 2 pounds of wings. Over the phone they said it would only take them 15 minutes and we could pick up. We show up 20 minutes later to get our food and still had to wait half an hour before it was brought out, for a total of 50 minutes waiting on food that we were told would be 15 minutes. We were told to have a seat at the bar to wait. All we wanted was to pick up our food and to go back home! I wouldn't have been upset if they could have just said hey ya that will take an hour but instead they waisted our time. we had our dog in the vehicle so my partner went in alone so we could keep the vehicle running my partner has some health issues going on so when he didnt come back in half an hour I had no choice but to worry something had happened. I will never again choose kelseys. This was simply ridiculous. I choose to do pick up in the first place after many disappointing eat in experiences. I have exhausted my options with this restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend always end up at Kelsey’s for drinks or eats. It’s a great atmosphere post renovation and our server, who I’m assuming is the lead Bartender is absolutely amazing. Cracking jokes about how strong and spicy I like my Caesar’s to the point she left a bottle of Tabasco incase I needed more while joking that’s she’s getting heartburn just making it (I’m a spicy kinda guy). Her personality and vibe with the business not to mention the absolutely amazing Lemon Pepper wings are the Bees Knees to be honest

Service was fine, food was fine, the place was almost empty and we were sat at a booth that I should not have used. The seats were in very very sad shape. Other booths were available in better condition, so why were we place at a booth that should be condemned. If this is the theme you are going for, then I will not be back.Management contacted me and stated booth seat repairs are scheduled and apologized for the degraded condition. Repairs were held up by weather conditions, and that made sense.

So I am very disappointed with the service at Kelseys, firstly I totally understand that restaurant was busy as we were told by the host they don’t have enough staff so I simply asked if they will able to give us a table he said 15 minutes and then that 15 minutes turned into an hour and we are literally standing in front of him we also asked to speak with a manager to still have an idea about how much longer she simply came and said sorry my host is new he didn’t know we weren’t taking the tables and that lady saw us waiting for about an hour, she being a manager could have come and let us know that they were not taking any more customers very stressful and disappointing from there service. No hospitality. :(

Waitresses were super friendly. Ordered nachos and there were hardly any vegetables or cheese on them… the nacho chips were naked. Spinach dip was great. Drinks didn’t taste like the normally did/weren’t made right. Was told we would get discounts on our drinks after 8pm and was still charged full price. Not overly impressed and likely won’t go out of my way to return.

I’ve been in plenty of times during my stay in Owen Sound. I’ve always had Claire as a server/bartender. She has been tremendous. Honestly, I m not sure I’ve had anyone better. She is very good at her job. She is the reason why I go back. It’s a good feeling when you feel that you’re welcomed and treated good. I’ve always had great service and good food and I recommend coming here.

Food was really good, waitress was very polite and friendly, always had a smile on. We ordered Mac & cheese from kids menu with fries along with a build your own burger" with mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious! My son especially enjoyed his Shirley temple ! We sat outside on the patio to enjoy the sun and warm weather."
