Brian is professional, and kind.

Office is not very professional. In fact after today's discussion, I no longer wish to be his patient.

I had the worst experience at this office. I have never met a more rude, unprofessional dr. I waited over a month to be seen. The office rescheduled two times and both times I had to wait an additional two weeks. And I was told 15 minutes before my appointment that they had to cancel. When I got there I had x rays done which took about 5 minutes. I then saw dr hoops who had an attitude to begin with. I asked him how many cavities I had and he said some but he doesn’t know how many. I said he has the x rays in front of him and he still said he had no idea. He then said I have to make another appointment to get fillings. I asked why I wasn’t getting any done today. He said he doesn’t have time. Not even to do one. I expressed my frustration saying how do you make someone appointment with only enough time toDo x rays especially when on the phone they knew I needed to be seen for pain. Dr hoops then raised his voice very loudly at me telling me he doesn’t care how long I waited for this appointment and I should take into consideration that he hasn’t been able to work because of the virus. I said I don’t need your attitude I’m just not understanding how I’m not getting anything done today. His overall answer was too bad make another appointment. I was so disgusted by him, the way I was treated and the whole experience. I am grateful he didn’t work on my teeth.

have to get my own tooth pulled bc they waited almost two years to get me in and the Dr there is jus straight up lazy, ignorant, and don’t gaf about nothin but that retirement money he finna be makin soon
