The store assembled my Hamilton Queen bedframe that I paid $699 for in Feb 2022. I noticed in Oct 2022 that the staff stripped the screws, forced them in sideways on some parts & didn't ensure some were securely in place upon assembly. I called the store to see about warranty and was told that the staff aren't responsible for any damages unless it was reported within a few weeks of purchase. I may need to cut the screws off to disassemble for a move. When I asked where to find the replacement screws the staff member advised that she didn't know. I paid $2,298 for the entire bed & frame and now don't know how I can move it to my new place. So beyond disappointed with their assembly, service & knowledge of replacement pieces. If they're going to wreck something that I paid for they should at least have the courtesy to know where I can get replacement pieces. Not only was this a safety issue it was also an opportunity to keep me as a customer as I do need additional pieces of furniture. I will be buying somewhere else from now on.
