I can't comment on the actual product as I never had an opportunity to purchase anything from this company, due to extremely poor customer service. Two weeks ago, I filled out an online request for a quote and never heard back from anyone. This past week, I filled out the same form online, thinking that perhaps the last one didn't go through. I received a call the same day and was told that someone would call me in the next day or two. Today is day three and I still haven't heard from anyone. Truthfully, I don't expect to.I have called four other window companies in Winnipeg for quotes and they call back within the hour, sometimes sooner. I guess Durabuilt doesn't need my business that badly. If you want to chase a company for a quote, go with Durabuilt. I don't have time or patience for that, nor do I feel that I should work harder than the company itself to get a quote, so I'm choosing to give my business to people who've earned it with positive customer service.

Very bad experience. I ordered windows and doors from this company and i am very displeased with their service . The Salesman, Ted, is what made me displeased with this company. First and foremost he is completely arrogant and doesn’t reply back to emails and messages. It seems as he didn’t even care or listen to our requests. He ordered the wrong windows and doors for my house. Which was a waste of my money and time. I can also say that i’m not the only person that a had a bad experience with this company. My friend asked Ted to place a order for windows for his house. Ted told him that he did but when the windows were needed, he got told that Ted didn’t place an order to begin with. From the reviews I’ve read and my personal experience i wouldn’t recommend buying through durabilt!

terrible experience, service and product. Patio doors that leaked from day 1, damaging brand new subfloor and afterwards hardwood flooring. Rusty hinges, just garbage. Wish we went with a different supplier- would suggest that everyone else does.

It's a good thing for you guys that negative stars aren't an option. Piss poor customer service, windows that don't even fit when you measured them yourselves, and the biggest runaround load of B.S. once you've been told there's an error. How you have even managed to stay in business this long is beyond me. Judging from the other reviews as well, it's a miracle anyone comes to you at all.*** Seriously, do NOT get your windows from these guys. Just save yourself the stress and incompetence and go with another company. Period. ***

Very disappointed. I bought new house with 7x 8'windows. I made aware first year but nothing got looked at till after warranty was over and was no longer covered they said.Its been 3 years now and I've struggled with the ice build up on 1 window from start. Seal broken and whole window ices up and get inch around frame. Even wilh window poly makes no difference. Also had 1 crack from start, hardware falling out of another. but living with it. I've had no support from them at all. Never again will I support a company with poor construction and no care to make things right.I will take down review when windows get replaced properly. They have contacted me and say will replace faulty windows. Told might still be on hook for labor. Will keep update when things get done.

I have purchased windows and doors through this company 5 years ago. The sales end was poor as the salesperson was only interested in showing me 1 style of window which was a very entry level style. I feel I was judged according to what he thought i could afford. The quote was done up and he had entered many of the 33 windows as the wrong measurements. I caught most of them but still managed to incorrectly make the windows at the correct sizes. Front door system was so cheaply made. Header and foot of frame was 2 different widths. Such poor after sales service. Spend the extra money and go with Polar windows. This place is terrible. They do not deserve nor earn anyone's business.

Durabuilt did a great job making my very large front window. The window came in right on schedule and and was delivered promptly.

I ordered windows for my entire house. The windows were measured by the sales person at Durabuilt The windows came sooner than expected. My installer was very surprised at the what the windows cost me. The windows are all fitting, they appear to built well.From start to finish the experience was great.I had requested 3 other companies to quote. I did receive two other quotes. Druabuilt was about $100.00 window less than the next guy.Good window at a good price and the sales person Ted did a great job!Thank You

Ted is very helpful. Product & Service both very good. I have been dealing with Ted now for years and I can confidently say its a good place to give your business. Ted always checks on the product delivered, provide quality check. I am very happy to be working with Durabuilt & Ted.

Durabuilt supplied the windows for my new house. Customer service and the product was great. The little warranty issue was taken care of with out question.
