Gary and his staff are an awesome group. The back seat on our bike was no longer comfortable, after having modifications done by another place of business. These guys made a track for the seat that can be adjusted either forward or backward and my ride is once again comfortable. Thank you Gary and guys for going above and beyond to ensure that I would enjoy riding the bike once again. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. We won't go anywhere but to Radical Rods, Rides &Restorations. Two thumbs up!

Called twice, and no call back, found someone else who responds

Having a 64 Chev pickup that needed a total upgrade, I found Radical Restoration in Innisfil, Ont. In meeting with owner Gary, it became very obvious while I was describing my wishes that I could see in Gary that he could absolutely see my vision. My experience with all of Gary's crew of gentlemen was like being a part of a television show such as Bitchin Rides. All I can say is I was completely taken back by the quality of work and the genius of perfection in their craft of transforming a wish into reality. I have had a total of 7 cars done at Radical rods and rides and i have to tell you they are a great bunch of guys , they are very thorough you get great quality for the price , they will tell you straight what you get for the budget that you have , they don't rush like they say there do you want it right or do you want it right now ? " i highly recommend them."

Stopped by to have a quick look and was given the grand tour of the place by the owner. If this is how they greet a walk-in, the customer service must be incredible!

I brought my customized 51 Ford F1 to Gary and the team. They did a wonderful job, the work was very well done and Gary kept me up to date as to the work and adds that he thought would add to my truck. The truck looks great...what was more surprising is that ANY issues I had with the vehicle was immediately addressed at no extra cost. In fact, they replaced my alternator, again at no additional cost to ensure my complete satisfaction. Any issues I have had Gary and team have immediately addressed and always wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Thank you Gary and team!!
