I give no stars- Horrible company, don't know how he has stayed in business-The owner was good until he received most of his money then you could hardly get ahold of him. Employees never showed up when they said they were going to, it took them 3/4 months to finish our pool. He poured the concrete and forgot to put our diving board in then one day I come home and the diving board is installed, I asked him if it was safe and how did he install it and he told me to get a fat guy to jump on it. Come home to find bags of salt and I asked what that was for and he said for your pool and I said I ordered an Ionized water pool, he then stated oh nobody really orders those. Received the wrong size cover, left a huge boulder in our backyard and a bunch of mud and told us we have to clean up that it was not their job. They caused a gas leak in our backyard after they came to fix one of the pipes they cut too short. Never told us how to operate the pool. Liner started coming off the pool, Stain around our stamped concrete was slopped on so now we have drip marks all around the pool. When coming in to dig for the pool the backhoe hit our chain link fence and damaged it so I told the owner and he said that was petty and I said that's $1000 fence- not petty to me. NEVER GET A POOL THROUGH THESE GUYS unless you want problems and maybe your house might blow up

Hi, We would not recommend this company. He got his money and didn’t want to come back to fix problems. The employees were to come certain days and didn’t show up. We had booked with him in Feb and he didn’t our pool started till after the May 24 long weekend. When he had a new liner put in the concrete surface was not smoothed out and cleaned under the liner before it was placed in our pool. Now we have stones and particles sticking out into our liner. Came back to look and wouldn’t do anything about it at all. We gave him an extra $500.00 cash above the contract to finish the job. He came here and told us when he came to look at it that it was a $500.00 gift to him. Such was not the case at all. Why would we give extra money for a job that didn’t meet our expectations? Not sure how he stays in business with the terrible service and workmanship he gives.

Thanks Wright Pools for an absolutely beautiful pool. We are very happy with the quality and construction of our pool. The price was 'WRIGHT'!!

Owners response Mary Lou anguish was not a new pool it was another company’s mess 4 years ago. She forgot to mention I gave her a Free $ 350 pool cleaner.

Wright Pools installed our inground pool for use and we absolutely love it. We also have the guys come out yearly to open and close the pool. The guys are super friendly and take the time to answer any of our questions. We highly recommend this company!

Wright Pools was one of the quotes we received when we decided to put in a new in ground pool. Mike, from Wright Pools, was prompt and answered all of our questions. He was not in a rush at all, unlike the competitors who came, looked around and then emailed me the quote or wanted me to come to the store. Mike took the time to review each detail of the quote and made sure we understood each cost, in our home! Wright Pools was to start the dig in our backyard in mid October. They started the 20th of September and had everything completed, including water in the pool and winterized by the beginning of November. They open and close our pool every season. Whenever we call, someone answers or calls back within a short period of time. Hearing many horror stories about pool installations, we did a lot of research prior to signing with Wright Pools. It was definitely the right decision. I wouldn't want anyone else in my backyard! I have recommended Wright Pools to friends and colleagues who are looking to install a pool and will continue to do so. When you find someone you can trust, you stick with them. I have attached photos from start to finish! What a great job! Thank you to everyone at Wright Pools! We LOVE our pool!

I purchased a home with a decades old Schwenker pool that had long passed it's usefulness. Mike and his crew were hired to remediate it and they did a stellar job. It was essentially a hole in the ground that had to be rebuilt and I couldn't be happier with the result. Wright Pool's lead hand Donny actually came back a number of times to deal with issues that weren't even their concern or responsibility (Goldline Controls and Enersol products). It's fair to say that when I move again and install another pool it'll be Mike and his crew who gets the nod.

Awful company. Over a year since they started,still not finished. Called a real pool company to finish the rest of the work. Always making false promises. Took our money and ran..BE AWARE.

This is literally the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. The owner promised us a date; however, when the date came, he kept making excuses as to why he couldn’t fulfill the date stated on the contract. He then told us, he would start the project the last week of august. We called him the week before just to follow up and he said he was still very behind, and he was not going to be able to do it this year; we then asked him if he get it done the following year and he turned around and said he couldn’t promise anything and if he was to do it for the following year and if he did the price would go up. We choose this company and turned other ones down because we thought we were dealing with professionals. We gave him a $5000 dollars deposit; which, he gave back to us but clearly he doesn’t know how to stand by a contract. Avoid this company at all cause, they don’t care about their customers and they constantly lie

I would not recommend this company. I was told in March when I gave a deposit that my pool liner would be started in April. They did come to take the old liner out in May and left all the vinyl and mess until it was finally finished in early July. Constantly on them as to when they would return to work on the job and always lied to about when they were coming. Owner was rude and not very unprofessional. Also tried to get more money than we agreed upon in the end. The work was completed and I have no complaints about the quality of the work but the hassle and stress of trying to get them here was not something I would wish on anyone.
