They don't care about their customers, all they want is their money. They won't try to help their customers in order to keep them, though. Instead, they will be rude to them when they ask for help. Also, they have illegal policies that go against the Protection du Consommateur and they apparently are not afraid to use these as leverage to squeeze more money from their customers. Don't risk it, your financial and personal security are worth much more than that. And their prices are not even that good if you take time to look elsewhere, anyway. They also don't have an option on their website to remove your credit card information, so beware!!

I asked to get a plan with higher download speeds. I was charged the difference in cost. All good, that’s my part as a client and I accept it well and 100% and 10 days later I still have the same speed as before. I liked encouraging this “small” business but now I’m not to sure I’ll continue...

I don’t recommand to anyone to go with this brand . Let me tell you my story . Been with them for 5 years and I moved to a new place . Me internet was working with no issue without the moving commander . I call because of the speed of my internet and the guys told me that my internet is slow because that I didn’t move my adress . So did I . He told me it’s gonna be free since I’m already customer with us .Couple of weeks after I found better deal so I decided to cancel they charge me almost 100.00 fees saying that I had to stay with them for a year after the moving . But no one told me this before plus I’ve been with them for the past 5 years .Customers service hanged up on me twice when I wanted to find a solution .My opinion choose another carrier this one S***

My personal experience with their Customer Service was Great...I spoke with SÉBASTIEN MARLEAU and, he didn't only Listen, Understand and Fix my problem he actually informed me of a cheaper option for the same Unlimited/High Speed service...And all that, with a great attitude/personality!

Worst internet provider ever! Don’t recommend it at all.I lost my internet few days ago, called customer service, they don’t care al all.All they say, wait! It’s because of the cold and wind.And here I am, still no internet for few days.Then they say, oh maybe you need to change you modem. I did change the modem. Still no internet.

WORST WI-FI EVER. I called them and they claimed to have done some software update that should help. But weeks later the wi-fi still fails at least 5 times a week now and I have to reboot the router until it works. This is very problematic as I work from home.Save yourself the trouble. It's not worth the price!

This is my first review in years. I have never had such a bad experience with a customer service rep.I tried to signed out for internet service and my second question was how long the installation will takes place. Respectfully, she responded 5 business days and I express my concern that may not work for me. Next the representative, simply say take it or leave it" and hanged the phone on me. I was in shock since after +20y in Canada I had never received such a bad service. I took the time and I phone back to talk not to complain but give them an advice (I have been manager for +20y) that more training was needed. After waiting +20min (and after passing for another two representatives) manager attended my call. He was very respectfully and he knew already and did not listen to me

Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service was terrible. They do not provide good customer service nor good internet service.

Quick and thoughtful, well laid out information, super helpful staff ( Jean-Fréderic - in my case, was awesome) .. All that's left is to make sure my order comes in on time and I get the speeds, connectivity I was expecting... more to come in 5 days !
