Vietnamese couple are incredibly sweet and accommodating. Where else in God's green earth can you get a pedicure for 35.00? Amazing!!!

I've been going there for three years now and I love the friendly and professional service! The husband and wife couple always make you feel at home. I love my nails! and often get compliments. Ask for Susan!While getting a pedicure, the chairs massage your back so well! Ask for David for this treat !

I wish I read the reviews before I worked into that nail salon, I was not impressed, feels like she was managing the nail polish, and my pedicure was rushed, she was literally doing the bare minimum, all the edges of my nails are bare looking no polish applied, I don’t know if she needs glasses Cos this work was terrible am ashamed of uploading the picture here, I guess, she should focus on how to start up a small talk and learn how to deliver a good job instead of telling me about the black people she has come In contact with, honey! I do not care. I will just take my money to glenmore next time.

My French manicure is perfect. Then I broke a thumb nail and Susan fixed it on the spot. Then literally the next day I broke the other thumb nail, couldn’t believe the chance myself but it happened to me, and when I told her about it, she fixed it on the spot again. That is customer service 101 in my books!

I got a pedicure today and had a great experience! The massage chair was fantastic and the lady who did my feet was very nice and did a great job! She even used hot stones on my feet! I got a manicure my nails look so natural and they didn't do them super thick

DO NOT GO HERE, a child can do a better job. My daughter went to this place to get her nails done for her wedding, showed the tech the sample picture and told her she did not like it, technician said she vould not fix it and fluffed her off, to go pay. My daughter was so upset as she has never experienced this in her life. They are unprofessional, and rude. Never again. This place should be shut down.

I have asked multiple times to fix things while they were still working on my nails. This is the end result. After I nicely pointed out what I thought was wrong with my nails, I was explained that this is a job well done and imperfections will “go away “ after I wash my hands (gel polish). When leaving, I said: “You are very nice and hardworking people, but this is a very bad job “. The reply was: “Maybe not for you “...Not sure what they meant...but I’m a pretty open minded person...Any takers out there who’d be happy to pay $35 for this masterpiece?

Decided to try this salon as an appointment was available and it was less than my usual salon. Well, you get what you pay for. Less than a day later my polish is chipped off my feet and I’m noticing rough edges and uneven trimming. I did shellac on my hands and the coverage is horrible. Many nails the polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail. No attention to cuticles or trimming and I have polish on my finger tips. I’ve done a neater job on myself.

The worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I have been getting mani pedis for 15 years and I’ve never been go disgusted with how they acted towards me. After convincing me to do shellac they barely covered the ends of my toes. Then she started my nails and when I realized that it looked terrible she said I was trying to not pay through my hands back and made me pay for the horrible pedicure in full. She was extremely rude and argumentative when I was only trying to point out how bad my toes looked and how it was not fixable at home because of shellac.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! The owners are super friendly, kind, and the prices are great. The salon is clean,professional and I find they go the extra mile to make you comfortable. They have massage chairs and they always remember me and my daughter. They even give cookies and treats to their clients.) ❤ I love to treating myself and my daughter to pedicureS here, They also offer nails and waxing services. I can not think if a better place to go for a massage and Pedi in all of Kelowna. Thankyou!
