I had a furnace, ac unit any thermostat replaced. Job was handled in a very professional way, starting with quotation and followed by swift installation. Great value. Installation was done on time. Technicians were very professional and very helpful in answering questions and in providing explanations. They paid attention to detail makingsure to keep disruption due to install to minimum. Workplace was left very tidy. Excellent job. Cross Heating has my full recommendation.

We had a new heat pump and new furnace installed, and the installation team of Ryan and Doug were on time, very efficient and professional. Jason was my initial contact and Jeff was the our sales person, and both were extremely professional and responsive. Both Jason and Jeff answered all of our questions and concerns to our complete satisfaction.

The furnace installers did an excellentjob. They were efficient, extremely organized and left the jobsite clean and the furnace working flawlessly. In addition Brady did an excellent job of sizing our house and coming up with the appropriate furnace. Also, Kyle our service man has provided excellent maintenance and advice over the years with our old furnace. The follow up of the company on all of the installation matters is also excellent and I know that I am in good hands. It’s just great!

Cross Heating provided first rate service, from Kyle’s timely warning that my heating system was failing, to Brady’s comprehensive, step-by -step explanation of the benefits of a heat pump, to the superb installation team of Ryan and Lucas. It couldn’t have been better.

Absolutely incredible company and service. I'm always leery of calling trades companies because, due to my lack of knowledge, I'm worried about being taken advantage of. But this company has been absolutely stellar.I called to explain my problem, and they advised me of an easy fix over the phone and were nice and professional. They could have easily charged me for a service call. Will absolutely use them in the future if I have any issues.

Had Cross install ducting and a multi-split heat pump in our home. Guys did excellent work, met all of their promised dates, did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and delivered a final product that has changed our home massively for the better. Can't thank them enough

From the first call to one week after installation Cross Heating and Jason were polite, did what they said they would do, arrived on time, completed the job as quoted and throughout the whole business were a treat to deal with.The installers got straight to work, always had time to answer our questions, worked quickly and efficiently, were polite, quiet, and very nice to deal with.*Edited to add that almost one year later, we are beyond happy with the unit. It's in a very large room and does exactly what we were told it would do. We don't regret one penny we spent on the unit. Unexpectedly, we saw very little difference in our hydro bill despite the unit running 24/7 since September to heat the room. We will see what happens when the a/c is running during the summer.100 per cent, without question, I recommend these guys!

From the first call to the end of the installation, everyone was professional, courteous, and punctual. We had a Mitsubishi dual head heat/AC heat pump unit installed in our 2 storey addition. It is perfect. We have been toasty ever since.

They were able to come the day after I called. Diagnosed the issue with our AC in 15 mins and had the problem fixed within an hour at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Amazing company to deal with! From start to finish! Install team was very knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely not hesitate to work with them again. I had them in to install a tankless system, and a furnace conversion. Was done in a timely manner, and kept me informed at every step of the way.
