We were extremely pleased with the Home Inspection prepared by Brad Clark. Our Realtor recommended Brad, who is very personable and informative about what he does. He clearly know the building process, answering all our questions thoroughly. He prepared a very detailed report for us, which included pictures so that there was no questioning what it was referring to. We appreciated that he followed up post-inspection and mentioned that he was available should we need further clarification. We would not hesitate to use Brad’s services again. We highly recommend him!

We had the pleasure to work with Brad on a home inspection as we are making the move from Ontario to British Columbia. Brad was very accommodating for scheduling and supportive as we were fully remote through the process.He took great care in covering all elements of the inspection and was very thorough through a remote meeting to highlight his findings.He offers further optional services at the time of inspection, after care offers are helpful and follow up timely post inspection.We recommend his services and are happy to recommend he and his team.
