The customer service was quite accommodating. Five of us rented out the closed off gaming room which was nice. However we did experience a lot of problems with broken keyboards and other equipment malfunctions. Some of us kept disconnecting from games which was upsetting because you would expect that to be the one thing to not happen at a computer arcade. I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of games. You can only play Steam games if you have an account. They used to have accounts which allowed to you play a bunch of games on Steam for free. In my opinion the value you get doesn't justify the prices they charge.

Clean space and nice customer service！Reasonable price with high speed PC. I stayed the whole afternoon with my friends in Net8，would definitely come back！

This place has good hardware. Lots of different snacks and drinks. Hygiene is good and staff speak English. Overall price to hardware performance is the highest value in Richmond. All you can play session offers best value to serious gamers unlike other venues that only offer high hourly rates.

Friendly attentive staff. A lot of options for snack foods and bubble tea which I enjoyed. Computers are decent, monitors are fairly large at 32 and 60Hz with a decent amount of glare off of them - as mentioned in other reviews not really for gaming - however they do offer premium PC's in a separate room which I later found out with faster hardware and different headset/monitor/keyboard/mouse. Can get noisy at times even with just a few people there as some people get very excited and verbal

Some of the regular clients here watch inappropriate things (R18+) in public, inadvisable to bring or allow your kids to come here. Computers are ok, most are equipped with GTX 1060s (as of February 2019), but most monitors are 27 (too large)

A very good internet cafe. They provide freshly handmade milk tea and food like instant noodle and fried rice, its special. The internet speed is faster than others as well.The store is also clean and tidy. Very few customers shout loudly, a quiet for playing games. In addition, their front desk staff is very enthusiastic and will help solve various problems.

Many computers were out of service and PCs were slow to boot. I came here to play League of Legends and Valorant with my friends, but on that day they notified us that they were experiencing issues with the Riot server. We stayed for ~10 mins trying to figure out how to operate the computers, but since some of them didn’t work properly we decided to move to the private area which was $10 as opposed to $6 in the main area. The receptionist said that we’ve been idle for 15 mins and we somehow had to pay $11 more each to access the private area.I’ve heard that this place was better in the past, but I suggest if you’re looking to get a more quality time to give a call to know if everything is up and running well.

I come here quite a bit as my university is near it. Nice place to pass time while chilling with friends. Computers are great, and can handle all games with adequate results. Spacious, offering 3 areas to play from the Lobby, couples area to the Battle Room. Moderate parking spaces, can get busy and challenging to find a spot.Concerns for this Cafe would be that some computers have dirty keyboards that are oily and greasy while a few chairs are banged up and uncomfortable. I have also had my PC turned off randomly 2 times from the main desk, main panel im assuming as it restarted randomly in the middle of a game, which was annoying.Fix those issues and it's a great place to hang.<3

Great experience. Friendly staff. Love the atmosphere here. Game downloaded on steam quick and worked without problems. Discord mic quality was good! Staff was quick to clean up and reset computers as guests left.

Staff was amazing!They will pre download any games you want to play on all computers if you call in advance.I brought in a group without realizing that and as a result they didn't charge us for the time it took to install the games to have a LAN party.Highly recommend. Fast internet, bubble tea and snacks available for purchase (and it was good bubbles tea too!)Thanks guys! We are coming again for sure!
