The lady teller didn’t give my 6/49 bc/49 ticket, i just noticed when i got home. I tried to call but no answer. It was charged to my debit total 37 dollars i’ve got lotto max for $6, set for life $5, and keno for $10. I have missing ticket. I hope it’s not intentional. I’ve always double check what i’m buying for some reasons this is my first not checking.

I’ve been to this booth twice and both experiences the ladies that worked were awfully rude. The first time the lady working forgot to give me my change after handing in my ticket, so I returned to the booth a few minutes later. When I told her she forgot she rolled her eyes, opened the till and slammed my money on the counter without saying a word. The second time (this happened today) I asked a different lady if they sold bus tickets. She said “we’re all out” and i replied “really, even the sheets of tickets?” And she said “yes hence us being sold out” in the rudest tone raising her arms up at me. The service is beyond unpleasant and downright unprofessional.

Incredibly rude and terrible service lady at the counter refused to help and made it the seem like the biggest inconvenience was going to purchase more tickets but will do so else where! Do not recommend!!
