St. Andrew's started as a mission Church in January 6 1869. It was designated as a Parish in 1884. The current Church building dates back to 1925. It’s long history makes St. Andrew's a historical icon to the community. Saint Andrew's is one of 5 Churches in the Orillia Family of Catholic Churches: Guardian Angels in Orillia, St. Columbkille in Uptergrove, St. Francis in Washago and Sacred Heart in Warminster.
