Not a great experience, unfortunately. I had my eyelashes tinted. I only wanted the tops done but bottoms were tinted as well because the dye leaked onto my bottoms. The chemicals also leaked into my eyes and we had to wash the dye off early. I had to book online because staff weren’t answering the phone. Phone would continue to ring and ring. Staff were VERY friendly and I believe tried to do their best. But maybe need more training…

I have been visiting this place like forever. My experience has always been good here. Today I got my threading done by Miss Gagan. She was really nice and very patient. She was really managing well with other customers as well. It’s my go to place for my brows. Do try it! Worth spending money and time!

I visited this place few weeks back. Harman did my eyebrows. She was patient and gave enough time and attention to make sure my eyebrows are perfect. I would definitely recommend her! Met Gagan there as well while paying and she was very friendly. It was good experience with both of them! I recommend this place.

Best customer service, Harman is really good. I live in Kitchener and unfortunately the Custmer service of the locations close to my house wasn’t good at all. So I don’t mind driving all the way to Cambridge for this friendly amazing customer service. Thank you Harman for the best eyebrows shape you gave me!

This place is an extreme rip off. Thread costs less than $10, yet these delusional owners charge $50 for full face threading. FIFTY DOLLARS for a 20 minute job with materials that cost under $10. 50 is with tax other wise 45 but even that is too much. There are places in Cambridge that charge 25-35 for the exact same service and similar quality. They need to mark this pricing back down or will lose many loyal customers. $50 just for threading is an actual joke and they should feel ashamed robbing people!!!

The girl that did my eye brows was very nice, but I had to go in a clean up my eye brows as they were uneven when I got home.This was my first time in years getting them done by someone else other then doing the threading by myself. Maybe it was a one off because they are normally busy.

Took me a while to review this but I had my eyebrows tinted by Mandeep and the results were FANTASTIC! Her service was excellent and I will absolutely return to her. My wife also had her eyebrows reshaped by Mandeep and was equally thrilled with the awesome service. Thank you Mandeep and Kurves!
