The staffs are very friendly and the Gym in YMCA woodstock is really good ..The child minding center is good for kids to be with friends and take a break from TV and gadgets .. wish the pool opens in 2023 ..

Modern. Clean Bathroom & Showers. Nice staff.Popped in from out of town for a quick shower. Didn’t have a towel, asked the staff for one and got it. Was in and out in 15.Will always stop here if I need a quick refresh

Hours of operation aren't very convenient for the average worker. Waterdow YMCA is open 6am-9pm monday-friday. Woodstock closes at 5 pm on Friday and only opens at 8 am so there's no chance I can exercise before or after work. How am I supposed to grow strong if you're never open when I'm available to exercise?Unfortunately I'll have to look at other gyms with more reasonable hours.

The gym is well maintained and clean, with sanitizer stations always less than 10 feet away. I particularly enjoy the spin class as Shane makes it personal, and his high energy is invigorating. The lady at the front desk is so friendly and encouraging. Good atmosphere.

I like the Woodstock Y. The staff are friendly, there's a lot of equipment, and children watching services too. The reason I like the Y over other places is because of the pool. If you have children it's a great idea to get them used to being in water, and the Y is great with lessons. My only complaint is that there's not as many things as what I've seen at other Ys (no squash courts, no track), but that's ok.

Hours are terrible. What kind of gym isn't open at peak morning time?Lack of knowledgeable fitness staff. Only ONE person on staff know how to use equipment. No filming yourself so I hope you don't want to take form videos. A lot of broken equipment.Lack of appropriate pay for personal trainers. $24?!? Ouch.Perma closed pool, lack of group ex classes and child minding hours are awful.
