Diamond Valley Bottle Depot

This has been under a new family ownership. Been here twice since the change over. No line ups for me. The counter for bottle dump is very clean and you can smell the bleach. Met several of the family members. Very friendly. All the best with the business.

New owners admit really shows. Cleanest bottle depot I have been in. Does not smell like a bottle depot at all, was able to bring my 1 year old in!!

Very clean place, very fast service, nice people working there as well. I arrived few minutes before opening hours and also got help to carry my load inside the store !!! Thank you !!

I pulled in and 2 people came out and help me and my son unload and had everyone working on my load of cans. Super friendly and I’m sure I didn’t get short changed. Highly recommend!

Went today, new owners. It’s so clean in there! It even smells clean. When new customers come in, they open the next table to limit the time waiting.

I arrived at 4:45pm and was told they couldn't process my order because it was too big and they were closing in 10 minutes. 16 bags is a fair few but there were 2 of them, supposedly both managers. When I asked the owner's name & number I was told they couldn't give it out! A number of people had told me it was better now as we had been going to Okotoks for a number of years due to bad service and wrong counts. I must say, the past reviews for excellence are obviously wrong. I'm taking my business back to Okotoks and as much as I believe in supporting local businesses, I urge other people to do the same.Andy Gou (if that's how you spell your name, your manager didn't know what a surname was), I urge you to contact me.

Fantastic owners, always willing to help you unload your empties from your vehicles, very polite and friendly service everytime, and always an immaculate clean depot , you can be sure to get an honest, accurate count everytime, Great family run depot !!

Good distancing measures. Could use better signage. When I was there recently on a week day, two employees were on shift at separate sorting stations. Two clients allowed in at a time, waiting clients must wait their turn outside (it was nice out so I waited near the door). Employees are very efficient and pleasant.

Since the new owners took over it’s been amazing, very fast and such a kind family and sometimes will even round up to the dollar to make it even for you, all and all much better then before

Great customer service! The new manager Chris is a very nice guy! and the new management team has extended the pay hour for the staff to ensure the depot provide service until 5pm through Monday to Saturday. I arrived at 5pm today and the staff still welcomed me. It was 5:15pm when i left.
